Parma are looking to double their lead quickly but Acquah cannot produce the goods as he leans back and balloons Cassani's pass over the bar.
11'
Milan really do have a mountain to climb now. A goal down within 10 minutes and reduced to 10 men, that is the worst possible start for the under-fire Seedorf. Can they respond?
9'
Penalty goal scored by A. Cassano for Parma!
CASSANO SCORES! The 31-year-old comes back to haunt his former club as he coolly sends Amelia the wrong way, thumping a penalty into the bottom left-hand corner. That's his 10th league goal of the season.

The referee blows his whistle and Parma get the ball rolling. Can they make it 16 Serie A games without defeat?
With Milan crashing out of the Champions League in midweek after a 4-1 second leg defeat at Atletico Madrid, the Rossoneri face the very real prospect of failing to qualify for European competition next season. Clarence Seedorf's 10th-placed side have lost their last three games in all competitions and it does not get any easier today as they face a transformed Parma side who are looking to make it 16 Serie A games without defeat.
Roberto Donadoni has done a wonderful job at Parma this season and the Crociati are in with a chance of qualifying for European competition after picking up four wins and two draws from their last six games. Donadoni won six league titles and three European Cups during his two spells at the San Siro and will be hoping to inflict more misery on his former employers today.
Roberto Donadoni is not the only man who returns to the San Siro today. Antonio Cassano will be desperate to impress against his former club and with nine Serie A goals to his name already this season, there is an increasing possibility that he could yet earn a spot in Cesare Prandelli's 23-man World Cup squad.
However, his opposite number Mario Balotelli has found himself in the media spotlight this week after a series of poor performances. The Italy international was expected to lead by example this season but has only managed ten league goals. Ultras in the Curva Sud are expected to stage a protest today targeting their under-fire striker and CEO Adriano Galliani.
MILAN TEAM NEWS: Mario Balotelli retains his place up front despite a much-criticised performance in midweek while Ignazio Abate replaces the suspended Mattia De Sciglio at right-back. Kaka is joined by Riccardo Montolivo and Andrea Poli in the supporting trident, while former Parma man Daniele Bonera partners Philippe Mexes in the heart of defence.
PARMA TEAM NEWS: It's a former Inter trio up front for Parma today with Ezequiel Schelotto and Jonathan Biabiany supporting Cassano. Walter Gargano misses out through injury and Gabriel Paletta is suspended, meaning Felipe and Afriyie Acquah come into the side.
MILAN (4-2-3-1): Abbiati; Abate, Bonera, Mexes, Emanuelson; Essien, De Jong; Kaka, Montolivo, Poli; Balotelli.
When these sides met in the reverse fixture at the Stadio Ennio Tardini in October, Marco Parolo struck a 94th-minute winner to earn Parma a 3-2 victory. Alessandro Matri and Matias Silvestre had initially cancelled out first-half strikes from Parolo and Cassano.
Milan have won 10 of their last 11 home matches against Parma in all competitions.
The teams emerge from the tunnel led by captains Montolivo and Lucarelli. Milan are in their famous black and red strip with Parma also in their familiar black and white jerseys. Kick-off is moments away.
HT: Milan 0-1 Parma. Antonio Cassano's ninth-minute penalty is the difference at the break after a pulsating and action-fuelled first half at the San Siro. Christian Abbiati was the Milan villain after he was dismissed after just five minutes for bringing down Ezequiel Schelotto and Clarence Seedorf's men can consider themselves fortunate to be only one goal behind against this Parma side brimming with confidence. It seems Roberto Donadoni's side are going to make it 16 Serie A games without defeat.
FT: Milan 2-4 Parma. Roberto Donadoni's men are now 16 Serie A games without defeat after a pulsating match at the San Siro. Antonio Cassano's double put them 2-0 ahead after Christian Abbiati's fifth-minute red card but they were pegged back by goals from Adil Rami and Mario Balotelli. Amauri put Parma ahead 10 minutes from time before Jonathan Biabiany wrapped up the points in stoppage time.
The problems continue to mount for Clarence Seedorf and Milan have now dropped to 11th place in Serie A. The Rossoneri showed fantastic spirit to come back with ten men but there was an inevitability that Parma would destroy Milan hearts.
Milan will hope to get back to winning ways when they travel to Lazio next weekend while Parma look to continue their search for European football when they host Genoa. Thanks for joining me on this live commentary. Until next time, goodbye.
