To wind down the clock, Mourinho hands Tomas Kalas a Champions League debut by bringing him on for Willian.
There is the final whistle!
90' +2
T. Kalas enters the game and replaces Willian.
Into the second minute of the added three and Schurrle rifles a free kick, won by Hazard, straight into the wall.
90' +1
S. İnan gets yellow.
DROGBA! The Ivorian has a chance to find the net from a set play but he completely misses the ball as he tries to strike it on the volley. It hasn't been his night tonight.
89'
JUST WIDE! Ramires, who has improved in the second half, picks up the ball 25 yards from goal. He moves into a more central area before loosing an effort which arrows narrowly outside of the posts.
88'
WHAT A CHANCE! Truly magnificent from Hazard as he puts Torres through on goal with a neat backheel. The Spaniard could square to give Schurrle a tap in, but he goes for goal himself and rolls a tame effort into the diving Muslera.
86'
Inan is caught on the ball by Willian and the Brazilian dribbles forwad into the box. He fails to find a route past Melo as he runs out of space and has to turn back at the byeline, meaning the opportunity to put a cross into the box passes.
85'
Fernando Torres enters the game and replaces S. Eto'o.
84'
GOOD SAVE!! Lampard slips the ball to Hazard on the left of the box and he saunters into the area. Semih stands off and the Belgian uses the centre-back's body to disguise his shot towards the far corner, but Muslera manages to get a hand on it.
83'
Azpilicueta launches a Chelsea counterattack and lays the ball off to Eto'o. He continues his run but the striker instead tries to slide in Ramires. The Brazilian's control leaves the ball behind him so he passes back to Azpilicueta, but the Spaniard's effort sails wide of goal.
81'
A. Schürrle enters the game and replaces Oscar.
Oscar smashes the free kick on target but Muslera punches it to safety. It falls kindly for Lampard, though, who strikes an ambitious volley but it bends harmlessly wide of goal.
Minute
Description
80'
Chedjou hacks Hazard to ground just outside the box on the far side. That was a needless challenge from the centre-back - the Belgian was running away from goal.
79'
This is better from Galatasaray, but Sneijder is unable to bring Telles' driven delivery from the left under control and Terry leaps in to head away the danger.
78'
Telles makes an impressive surge up from the back and Sneijder attempts to pick him out, but Ivanovic is alert to the danger and gets a foot in to intercept.
77'
I. Hajrović enters the game and replaces E. Eboué.
76'
The Chelsea fans have been doing their best to outsing the travelling Cimbom fans in the last few minutes. The visiting faithful have given typically raucous support, but they are somewhat outnumbered this evening.
74'
Chelsea have only lost once in three previous games against Turkish opposition on home soil. It doesn't look like Galatasaray will be able to replicate Besiktas' 2003 Champions League group stage win, though.
72'
That is so poor from Sneijder! The Dutchman has been almost non-existent tonight, and as Galatasaray looked to break he sprays a long ball straight out of play instead of to the feet of Bulut. He's had a really poor night.
70'
Lampard takes it, but he fires it straight into the stands behind the goal. He must not have wanted to upstage Drogba after his effort in the first half.
69'
Oscar manages to skip past Semih but the referee blows his whistle for an off the ball foul by Inan on Willian. Oscar isn't happy, but it's a decent area for a free kick.
67'
D. Drogba gets yellow.
H. Balta enters the game and replaces Y. Kurtuluş.
Drogba goes into the book for a trip on Azpilicueta. The Ivorian hasn't had a brilliant return to the Bridge, tonight, but he's not received a lot of service.
66'
LAMPARD! Making one of his trademark late runs into the area the midfielder gets his head onto a floated ball, but he nods it straight at Muslera. Either side and we could have been looking at a third for the Blues.
65'
Progression tonight would put Mourinho potentially within five games of becoming the first ever coach to win the Champions League with three different clubs, having already lifted it with Porto and Inter. Bayern Munich, Real Madrid and PSG fans might have something to say about that, though.
63'
Galatasaray aren't having the same levels of possession as they did in the first half and are actually looking less dangerous following Mancini's changes. They lack structure and organisation defensively and are allowing Chelsea too much time and space.
61'
Ramires breaks up the play in midfield and offloads possession to Willian. He attempts an ambitious ball in behind the defence, but Eto'o cannot find a route around Melo as he shepherds it out of play for a goal kick.
59'
Willian shows his pace as he burns past Semih on the near side, finding space from which to cross. His delivery is in a decent area for Muslera to come and collect and he duly does so.
58'
B. Ivanović gets yellow.
Ivanovic goes into the book after a coming together with Drogba. He claims he was standing his ground, but there was a slight raise to his arm as the Ivorian closed in.
57'
That is better from Ramires, as he comes out to the left and swings a dangerous ball in towards Eto'o. Chedjou is first to it, though, and he clears the threat. Oscar brings it straight back at the visitors and cuts inside at the byeline to get into a shooting area, however he pulls it wide of the near post.
55'
Bulut, who has only been on the field a few moments, thinks he should have a penalty as he is blocked off by Azpilicueta inside the box. The referee sees nothing wrong with it and allows play to continue.
54'
U. Bulut enters the game and replaces B. Yılmaz.
53'
Chedjou's poor control hands possession to Chelsea and Oscar looks to thread a pass through to Hazard as he quickly bursts forward. He is unable to find the eye of the needle, though, and he may have been better going over the top there.
51'
GOOD SAVE! Lampard does superbly to intercept Muslera's goal kick and he lays the ball off to Willian. The Brazilian takes a shot before loosing an arrow towards the target, but he aims too close to Musler who is able to hold the attempt.
49'
A super run from Hazard after Eboue had given possession away. He used his pace to beat Semih but took too long to pull the trigger and ended up pulling the ball back for Eto'o. He, in turn, sent it back to Oscar who was challenged as he attempted to fire on goal.
48'
That could leave Galatasaray extremely vulnerable on the counterattack, as Willian and Hazard have proved extremely dangerous in those wide areas already tonight.
47'
Looks like there is a change in tactics from Mancini this half, with Melo dropping into a centre-back role as part of a back three. That will allow Eboue and Telles more freedom in the wing-back areas and also enable Yilmaz to move into a more central role.
46'
Chelsea get the ball rolling in the second half.
45' +3
The half-time whistle goes!
45' +1
We are into the first of an additional three minutes.
45'
Galatasaray now need two goals if they are to continue their journey in this season's Champions League. Extra time won't be an option tonight - this game will be decided in the 90 minutes.
42'
G. Cahill has scored a goal for Chelsea!
GOOOOOOOAAL! Lampard whips in a corner from the far side and Terry again gets into space to get his head on it. Muslera makes a good save from the centre-back's header but he can only put it at the feet of Cahill, who rifles the rebound into the back of the net.
41'
Oscar picks up a booking for an overzealous challenge on Inan. He took the ball, but his trailing leg caught the Cimbom midfielder and the referee takes his name for it.
40'
Oscar gets yellow.
Ramires has given away the ball a few too many times this evening. This time around his poor pass brings an end to a Chelsea counterattack which would have seen Willian go through one-on-one with Muslera.
38'
WILLIAN! Another quick break from Chelsea, with Hazard racing past Eboue again before picking out Eto'o in the middle. The striker plays a reverse pass into Willian who is streaming into a better position, but he does not connect well enough with the ball to worry Muslera.
36'
DROGBA! The Ivorian tries his luck with a free kick from about 35 yards, but he smashes it high into one of the banners of admiration hung for him by the Chelsea fans in the stands behind the goal.
35'
Clearly envious of his fellow centre-back's volleyed effort, Cahill attempts to hit the ball mid-flight from a corner. He doesn't pull it off though, and contrives to send his shot away from the goal!
33'
JUST OVER! What a goal that would have been! Lampard whipped the resultant free kick in and Terry got away from his marker to meet it in the centre of the box. He attempted a first-time volley which darted just over the bar.
32'
Hazard continues to cause problems for Mancini's men. He was pushed to ground by Yilmaz on the half-way line moments ago and has now earned a free kick after skipping past Inan and being brought to ground.
30'
STAT: Galatasaray have not won in eight visits to English clubs, drawing three and losing five.
28'
MELO! Bright play from the visitors, as Melo plays a one-two with Drogba and moves to within shooting range. He lets fly from 20 yards but the Brazilian fails to catch his effort cleanly and screws his shot wide of Cech's right.
27'
The game is becoming rather bitty now, with the referee blowing his whistle continually for nearly every challenge: just as Chelsea were looking like developing momentum again.
26'
Eto'o catches Chedjou as he chases down the ball and the referee awards the visitors a free kick. The Galatasaray defender has scored in three of his last four club appearances.
24'
HAZARD! The Belgian receives the ball from Oscar, who could not quite control Willian's pass well enough to go through on goal himself. He shifts it onto his right foot and looks to bend a shot into the far corner. It lacks pace and accuracy, though, and Muslera holds it comfortably.
23'
More impressive football from Hazard as he breezes around the outside of Eboue and drills a low cross into the middle. He aims it too close to Muslera and the Uruguayan is able to smother it.
22'
LOVELY PLAY! Hazard and Oscar combine to penetrate the Galatasaray box with some quick, crisp passing. The latter cuts the ball back into the box and Lampard gets onto the end of it, but as he stretches to meet it he is unable to guide it on target.
20'
SO CLOSE! Chelsea break quickly with Eto'o passing inside to Oscar, who then plays a first-time pass between the defence for the onward running Ramires. However, the ball crashes into the midfielder and falls back to the opposition defence.
19'
Felipe Melo gets yellow.
Now Melo goes into the book following a poor challenge of his own. That will keep him out of Galatasaray's next European outing through suspension.
18'
Melo is on the receiving end of a strong challenge from Azpilicueta, and he leaps into the air with his standing foot. Yes, he was caught, but the reaction was quite unwarranted.
17'
Cimbom have dealt with going behind rather well, and are enjoying a good amount of time in possession at the moment. The hosts know how dangerous that can be from the first leg. Will we see a repeat?
15'
DROGBA!! The veteran striker goes for what would have been a contender for one his greatest Stamford Bridge strikes as he lets fly with a scissor kick from the edge of the box. He connects with his shin, though, and sends the effort high into the stands.
14'
Azpilicueta redeems himself by showing some strength of his own to push Drogba out wide and wrestle his way in front of the striker to win the ball. Lampard comes over to assist and together they cope with the Ivorian.
13'
Drogba shows his prowess in the air, getting his head to Alex Telles' cross ahead of Azpilicueta. His knockdown is dealt with quickly by Terry, though, who reacts by flinging a foot towards the ball which sends it to safety.
12'
A good chance for Chelsea as Eto'o is played in towards the byeline by Willian and he manages to keep it in play. He holds onto it as support arrives, but he is unable to pick out another blue shirt and the attack breaks fown when his attempted pass is intecepted.
11'
Hazard is already proving difficult for the Cimbom players to cope with. The Belgian's quick feet and electric turn of pace make it seem so easy for him to beat players. This time he bests Eboue, and the Ivorian brings him to ground.
9'
Ramires is down and receiving treatment following a collision with Inan. The Brazilian is holding his face, but looks like he should be able to continue.
8'
STAT: As coach of Manchester City, current Galatasaray boss Roberto Mancini only managed one win at Stamford Bridge in four attempts, a 4-2 Premier League victory in February 2010.
6'
That is the perfect start for Chelsea, but Mourinho will be keen to ensure his team don't rest on their laurels and allow Galata back into the game, as they did in the first leg.
4'
S. Eto'o has scored a goal for Chelsea! Assist by Oscar.
GOOOOOOAL!! Just as they did in Istanbul, Chelsea take an early lead! Melo dives in and is turned by Hazard, who slips the ball out wide to Oscar. The Brazilian sends it back inside to Eto'o, and the Cameroonian is able to guide his shot into the bottom corner, despite Muslera getting a hand to it.
3'
Cahill keeps a close watch on Drogba as he looks to get on the end of a ball over the top out on the far side. He tracks the player while keeping his eyes on the ball and manages to win the header, bringing the attack to a halt.
2'
Melo shows what he's all about there, putting a strong challenge in on his compatriot Oscar. However, he completely misses the ball and only succeeds in sending the Brazil international to ground for a free kick. That could have been a booking had it not been so early.

We are underway at Stamford Bridge!
Hello and welcome to tonight's LIVE play-by-play analysis as Didier Drogba makes his return to Stamford Bridge, with his Galatasaray outfit looking to progress in the Champions League against Chelsea. A spot in the quarter-finals is at stake, and with the tie currently at 1-1 following a draw in Istanbul during the first leg it is all to play for. My name is Tom Webber, and I will be your dedicated host this evening.
Chelsea's 14-match unbeaten run in the Premier League game to an end on Saturday as they went down 1-0 to Aston Villa. Jose Mourinho will be hoping for a swift turnaround in form tonight, but knows his side still have plenty of work to do if they are to advance to the last eight.
The last (and only) time the Blues hosted Galatasaray at Stamford Bridge was in the group stage of the 1999-2000 Champions League. A solitary strike from Romanian right-back Dan Petrescu was enough to secure victory for the London side on that night, and I'm sure they would be happy with a similar result this evening.
The two teams have been announced, so lets see how the two coaches - who have developed a rather fiersome rivalry - have set up their teams tonight.
Galatasaray bench: Ceylan, Burdisso, Balta, Sarioglu, Gulselam, Hajrovic, Bulut.
Mourinho makes two changes to the side who were defeated by Aston Villa at the weekend, bringing Frank Lampard in for Nemanja Matic while Samuel Eto'o replaces Fernando Torres. Having both been dismissed in that match, Brazilian duo Ramires and Willian remain in the starting line-up tonight.
Roberto Mancini also makes just a pair of changes, with Sabri Sarioglu and Hakan Balta replaced by Emmanuel Eboue and Aurelien Chedjou. Alone in attack is Didier Drogba. The Ivorian is a hero among the Blues faithful having netted 157 goals in 341 appearances for Chelsea, including his final kick which won them the Champions League title in 2012.
Galatasaray have lost only one of their last 23 games in all competitions. However, Cimbom have won just four of 19 away fixtures all season. This trip to the Bridge could be difficult for them then.
The teams are making their way out onto the pitch now and kick off will be just a few moments away. Which side will progress to the quarter-finals tonight, joining Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain already in the hat?
HALF TIME - Chelsea 2-0 Galatasaray (3-1 agg): Goals from Eto'o and Cahill have put the Blues just 45 minutes away from a place in the Champions League quarter-finals. The Cameroonian put the hosts ahead after just four minutes, and they learned from there errors in Istanbul, adding to their tally shortly before the break.
Cimbom had some decent spells in possession, but in truth they have created very little to worry Cech. It will be a huge ask for Mancini's men to find a route back into it having never won away to English opponents. Stay tuned for the second half.
Welcome back! Not long now until the second half is underway. Chelsea are currently leading 2-0 and are good value for their lead. They should be able to maintain this, but should Galatasaray score the first goal of the upcoming period we will be in for a tense ending.
FULL TIME - Chelsea 2-0 Galatasaray (3-1 agg): The two first-half goals from Eto'o and Cahill are enough to book the Blues a spot in the Champions League quarter-final. It was far more comfortable than in Istanbul in the first-leg as the Turkish side offered very little.
That is it from me, Tom Webber, for this evening. Have a great night!
