BIG CHANCE! PSG break three against two, and Lucas is played through on the end of it, but he can't beat Benitez at his near post with what was a pretty poor effort in the end. It matters little in the grand scheme of things, but he has to be scoring there.
90'
There will be two minutes added on at the end of this match.
88'
THERE'S A SHOT! Di Maria looking for a goal to pair with his two assists, but that won't cut it as his effort from 20 yards makes for a straightforward save for Benitez at his near post.
87'
Withering away into the final minutes at Parc des Princes in what has been some pretty dreadful viewing over the final 30 minutes. This match was exciting and full of life at times, with plenty of attacking quality on display from the hosts, but it has shut down following the third PSG goal.
85'
Lucas Moura enters the game and replaces E. Cavani.
Lucas comes on with PSG's final change of the night, replacing Cavani, who goes off to a rousing applause from these home supporters.
84'
STAT: Edinson Cavani's opening goal tonight was PSG's 2500th in the French top flight.
82'
It has been around 20 minutes now since this match has seen a scoring chance, and that's to the full credit of PSG for their professional display in seeing this through. There's not a shred of doubt now that they are on their way to three points and a seven-point lead on Monaco atop the table, who travel to Bordeaux tomorrow.
80'
J. Pastore enters the game and replaces K. Mbappé.
Second change of the night for PSG as Javier Pastore replaces Mbappe.
78'
A. Saint-Maximin enters the game and replaces P. Lees-Melou.
The final change of the night for Nice sees Allan Saint-Maximin enter the fray at the expense of Lees Melou.

STAT: PSG have accumulated 26 points from their opening 10 matches in Ligue 1 this season. It’s the third consecutive season a side has reached a tally of 26 points at this stage (Paris in 2015/16 & Nice in 2016/17) – This only happened once in the previous 23 seasons (Lyon in 2006/07 – 28 pts).
74'
Cavani is on a hat-trick tonight and you have to imagine he will be eager to bag it in these last 15 minutes as the spotlight shifts to him tonight in Neymar's absence. The tempo has drastically slowed here, but you wouldn't want to bet against him finding a third either.
72'
A. Pléa enters the game and replaces M. Balotelli.
Not as positive a change as was initially expected, as it's Balotelli who gives way for Plea here.
70'
More changes appear to be forthcoming for Nice, and it looks like Plea who is set to come on. This could be a positive change that suggests they are going in search of a consolation goal, but it all depends on who is being replaced.
68'
PSG are sucking the life out of this match in possession, giving Nice nothing at all. It's one-way traffic in the French capital tonight as the task for the visitors switches from getting a result to damage control here...
66'
A. Tameze enters the game and replaces N. Mendy.
G. Lo Celso enters the game and replaces A. Rabiot.
Nice make the first change of the night, Mendy replaced here by Adrien Tameze.
Substitution Adrien Rabiot Giovani Lo Celso
64'
STAT: Nice have lost six of their opening 10 matches played in Ligue 1 this season, already more than in the entirety of last season (4).
62'
OFF THE WOODWORK! Terrific bit of running there from Mbappe, who gets the thumbs up from Unai Emery on the touchline as he dazzles with a lovely display of skill to burst into the area before pinging a strike off the frame of the goal and behind for a goal-kick.
60'
Play stops with Dani Alves down on the pitch, but it barely takes a minute to restart as the Brazilian is back up and jogging off whatever sort of knock he picked up. Nice will probably be happy to see more time run off the clock here.
58'
An outstanding atmosphere at Parc des Princes here as we approach the hour mark, Neymar among the supporters tonight and he has to be loving what he's seeing. PSG are cruising to the finish line here, the only question being whether or not they add to their lead.
56'
INCHES WIDE! PSG look to have many more goals in them now, beaming with confidence after widening their lead. Draxler shows some excellent footwork on the left, doing a terrific job to skip past a defender before pulling it back for Mbappe in the centre, but the teenager's first-time effort drifts wide at the near post!
54'
STAT: PSG are unbeaten in each of their last seven home matches against Nice in Ligue 1 (W5 D2), after losing three of the previous five (W1 D1).
52'
Dante is unfortunate, scores an own goal!
THREE GOALS, THREE POINTS FOR PSG! It's almost a comical goal, a horrible one for nice to concede as Cavani's pull-back header is bundled into the back of the net off Dante, who then caught Di Maria, who stays down in some pain here. Dani Alves is claiming it, but that will surely go down as an own goal.
Cavani turns scorer to provider here, as PSG surely put this game to bed.
50'
Draxler gets a talking to from the referee following a late challenge on Mendy, but he escapes without a booking. PSG have been very relaxed, almost too relaxed you could say, coming out of the break, struggling to keep the ball as Nice slowly grow into the contest.
48'
The smoke from the half-time festivities is still clearing following a bright start to the second half for Nice, but again there's no end product to speak of for the visitors. Sneijder has another go at goal, but again fails to test Areola from range as his struggles continue.
46'
Here they go again...
45' +1
HALF-TIME: PSG 2-0 NICE.
45'
There will be one minute added on at the end of this first half.
43'
PSG refusing to relenquish possession as the first half withers away. Into the final couple of minutes now and Nice are going to have to drastically alter their approach in the second half or this will wind up being a straightforward victory for the hosts.
41'
More assured possession from PSG here. They don't always create much with their forays into attack, but it is so hard to dispossess them when they want to keep the ball. Nice almost have to sit back and wait their turn as oppossed to pressing to win it back, which is proving a fruitless endeavor.
39'
Intricate football from Nice as they show some skill on the ball, but it's not leading anywhere. They're struggling to find any sort of opening in the final third, despite looking much more confident here in transition.
MASSIVE STOP! That would have been the back-breaker for Nice! Benitez throws himself across his goal to deny Di Maria what looked to be a certain goal from nine yards after a cutback from the left - a bit of redemption there for the keeper.
37'
STAT: PSG have scored 31 goals in 10 Ligue 1 matches this season- their highest ever tally and the highest in the league by a single side since St. Etienne in 1969/70 (37).
35'
It really goes to show the embarrassment of riches PSG have in attack. No Neymar tonight through suspension, and it's hardly having much of an effect as they're cruising here against a strong - albeit out of form - Nice side.
33'
One has to wonder if there's any way back for Nice now. They have showed little to no sign of life in attack, hardly managing a touch in the PSG penalty area, and now they have a two-goal hole to dig out of in a little under an hour. Yikes...
31'
E. Cavani has scored a goal for PSG! Assist by Á. Di María.
PSG DOUBLE THEIR LEAD! It's Cavani again, who makes it six goals in six appearances against Nice as he beats the offside trap, latches onto a lovely dink over the top from Di Maria, pokes the ball beyond Benitez and rolls a finish into the empty net.
Outstanding weight on that ball from Di Maria for his second assist of the night.
29'
There's no pace at all to speak of in this match, really. The only opportunities are coming as a result of defensive lapses as opposed to moments of attacking brilliance. Nice will be upset over conceding so early, but they have to be happy with how things have unfolded since.
27'
STAT: PSG are on a 28-game home unbeaten run in Ligue 1 (W22 D6), with their last defeat coming back in March 2016 against Monaco (0-2).
25'
Sneijder is dispossessed deep in his own end by Verratti as a lapse in concentration nearly costs the visitors. The Italian midfielder surges forward into attack and tries to slip Di Maria through, but Le Marchand does well to get a block in to snuff out the chance.
23'
The tempo has really slowed down over the last 10 minutes. The bulk of the match is being played in midfield, with some of the match's more creative types in Mbappe and Balotelli struggling to stamp their influence on it.
21'
Penalty appeals denied! Cavani goes to ground in the area after doing well to bring down a long ball over the top. There did appear to be a bit of contact, but the striker didn't do himself any favours with how theatrically he went to ground.
19'
Sneijder takes matters into his own hands, refusing to pass up a shooting opportunity. He takes a short pass, turns into a pocket of space and has immediate eyes for goal, but can't get the contact right as he fires high, wide and not so handsome from 25 yards.
17'
STAT: Nice have lost their last three matches in Ligue 1. The last time they lost four consecutive league matches came back in March 2015. Metz are the only side in the top flight currently on a worst run of form losing four on the bounce.
15'
Back in possession and in attack come PSG, taking their tally to just under 60 per cent. They are camped out in the attacking half, but Nice have plenty of white shirts back in support.
13'
Nice slowly starting to grow in the ascendency here, enjoying more time on the ball as they knock it about on the periphery aiming to get into a bit of a rhythm. They're struggling to generate much with the ball at their feet, but it's at least giving their defence a breather following the waves of early pressure they came under.
11'
The key tonight will be to get the likes of Balotelli and Sneijder more involved. The duo are their likeliest route back into the match, but they have been isolated and starved through the opening 10 minutes, being made to work hard off the ball to try and get on it - not a recipe for success for the visitors.
9'
PSG nearly with a second as they carve the Nice defence apart, with Cavani teed up in the centre, but he's denied by Benitez from point-blank range! That really should have been hitting the back of the net! Smart save, but really a poor finish from the striker.
7'
STAT: Edinson Cavani has now scored three of PSG's last four goals against Nice in Ligue 1- In fact, he has scored five goals in his last six appearances against Nice in the top-flight (including tonight).
5'
No Neymar, no problem, say PSG, wasting no time to inflict further misery on Nice who have started this campaign rather poorly. More of the same here as the hosts continue to dominate possession, going in search of their second.
3'
E. Cavani has scored a goal for PSG! Assist by Á. Di María.
That was a lovely delivery from Di Maria to pick out Cavani at the near post.
DREAM START FOR PSG! Well they've had a knack for scoring early in games this season and they have claimed yet another victim with their high-flying starts! Di Maria bends a free-kick in towards the near post and Edinson Cavani dives in to send a header beyond deputy-keeper Benitez!
1'
AND THEY'RE OFF! Nice in white as they get the match underway, attacking left to right.
Hello and welcome to Parc des Princes for live coverage of this Ligue 1 duel as French leaders PSG host Nice in a battle of top-three teams from last season!
Life with Neymar has been sunshine and rainbows for PSG, but we will find out what life without him will be like tonight as the Brazilian is suspended following his sending off in Marseille last weekend.
PSG sit atop the Ligue 1 table, four-points clear of second-place Monaco and lead their Champions League group with three wins from three. They failed to beat Nice in either fixture last season, so this shapes up as a revenge spot for them tonight.
Nice came into the season with lofty expectations following their third-place finish in 2016/17, but nothing has gone according to plan for them, missing out on the Champions League and stumbling through the first two months of league play.
With just 10 points from 10 matches in Ligue 1, Nice are dangerously close to the relegation zone, just one point – albeit for places – up on the bottom three. Confidence is low, but they got a result in this fixture last season and another tonight might be exactly what they need to kick-start their campaign.
No Neymar tonight for PSG as Unai Emery makes five changes to his side from the 2-2 draw in Marseille at the weekend. It's Angel Di Maria who has the distinct honour of deputising for the suspended Neymar in attack, while Julian Draxler replaces Thiago Motta in midfield. Dani Alves, Presnel Kimpembe and Yuri come into defence, replacing Thomas Meunier, Marquinhos and Layvin Kurzawa.
One note regarding the Nice side: Yoan Cardinale was injured during warmup so he will be replaced in goal tonight by Walter Benitez.
Lucien Favre makes five changes as well to his side after they were defeated 2-1 by Strasbourg. Both Wesley Sneijder and Mario Balotelli are brought in to bolster the attack, replacing Allan Saint-Maximin and Alassane Plea, while Arnaud Souquet, Vincent Koziello and Bassem Srarfi give way for Maxime Le Marchand, Patrick Burner and Arnaud Lusamba.
Nice will have seen enough of Edinson Cavani, the Uruguay striker out to terrorise them again as his first-half double has PSG cruising through 45 minutes in the French capital with Neymar watching from the stands.
No Neymar, no problem. Edinson Cavani opened the scoring inside of three minutes and PSG never looked back. The striker added a second later in the first half, before a Dante own goal put an end to proceedings following the restart as the hosts widen their lead to seven points at the Ligue 1 summit, piling on Nice's misery.
That's all for our live coverage, thanks for following along. Goodbye!
