M. Le Marchand is unfortunate, scores an own goal!
GOOOAAALLL! LAZIO LEAD! Finally we have the breakthrough here and the hosts lead with just minutes remaining on the clock. Marchand conceded the corner, which was poorly defended by Nice and then Marchand somehow manages to put the ball in the back of his own net from just a couple of yards out, after completely misjudging his clearance!

A. Tameze enters the game and replaces V. Koziello.
Nice make their final change of the evening, with Vincent Koziello heading off the pitch and he has been replaced by Adrien Tameze.
83'
Less then 10 minutes to play here and the game has certainly become more stretched in the last five minutes or so, with an injection of pace. Will either side be able to carve open a goalscoring chance and take away all three points?
81'
M. Balotelli enters the game and replaces P. Lees-Melou.
Nice make their second substitution and it is an attacking move, with Lees Melou being replaced by Mario Balotelli.
78'
Stefan de Vrij is forced to make a last ditch tackle to deny Plea a opportunity in the six-yard box, the Lazio skipper did brilliantly to put the ball out for a corner just seconds before Plea was about to strike at goal. The resulting corner is well defended by Lazio and they clear the danger.
77'
Neither side are giving anything away defensively at the moment, one of the reasons for the lack of chances we have had this evening. A point would be a good outcome for both sides as they are occupy the top two spots in Group K.

70'
As we enter the final 20 minutes here at the Stadio Olimpico it remains goalless between Lazio and Nice, with neither side looking overly threatening in attack. It may take a touch of magic from an individual to get a goal on the scoreboard tonight.
68'
Eliminated by Napoli in this season's UEFA Champions League play-offs, Nice had already made their UEFA Europa League group stage debut in 2016/17 but failed to reach the round of 32. They kicked off this group stage with a 5-1 victory at Zulte Waregem – their biggest ever European away win.
66'
A. Lusamba enters the game and replaces W. Sneijder.
Here comes the first Nice change of the evening and it is Wesley Sneijder who is being replaced by Arnaud Lusamba.
63'
PENALTY SHOUT! Lazio feel like they should've had a plenty there as a cross appears to strike the arm of Jallet from a close distance. It would've been harsh as the left-backs arm was tucked in, but it certainly struck the arm. Nothing given by the officials.
61'
Nice are starting to have more efforts at goal, the latest coming from Sneijder who was given plenty of time and space around 25 yards from goal. The Netherlands international fired a low shot at goal which looked to be going wide, however Strakosha wasn't sure and made a diving save to take it out for a corner. The resulting corner comes to nothing.
59'
S. Lulić enters the game and replaces A. Murgia.
S. Milinković-Savić enters the game and replaces Nani.
The second change by Lazio sees Alessandro Murgia be replaced by Senad Lulić.
Lazio are making their first substitutions of the evening, Nani is heading off the pitch and he is replaced by Sergej Milinković-Savić.
58'
Nice win a corner, the initial ball into the box is half-cleared and then it falls on the edge of the area at a tight angle to Remi Walter, who fires powerful effort at goal, but it goes well wide and doesn't trouble Strakosha.
56'
Good play by Nice! It was good, patient build-up play by the visitors and they came extremely close to feeding Alassane Pléa through on goal with the keeper to beat. However, the ball is has too much pace on it and this allows Strakosha to race out of his goal and gather the ball.
54'
Nice are controlling possession at the moment, comfortably playing the ball around in their own half. However, Lazio are holding a high defenisve line which is forcing the French side back and not allowing them any sustained pressure in their half. Still no chances for either side in this half.
52'
Upcoming games: Next up for Lazio is a Serie A clash with Udinese on Sunday, whilst Nice face Dijon at home in Ligue 1.
50'
Excellent run by Caicedo down the right-wing, he skips past the Nice defender and whips a good low cross into the box looking for Nani, however he wasn't anticipating the cross and Benitez is quick off his line to gather the ball.
48'
No changes by either side at the break, can someone step up and open the scoring here tonight? As it stands, Lazio would be through to the next round top of Group K with 10 points and Nice would remain second on seven points.
46'
The second half is underway!
45'
That's the half-time whistle!
43'
The other game in Group K tonight sees Zulte-Waregem one-up at Vitesse, despite being a man down after having a player sent off early on.
41'
The former Manchester City striker, Caicedo has begun the group stages in sensational form, with two assists and two goals in his three appearances in this competition.
39'
It's all Lazio at the moment, they look eager to register a goal before the break and hinder the visitors chances of coming away with anything from this game. However, they haven't managed to get the likes of Nani and Felipe Caicedo on the ball much tonight, arguably their two biggest goal threats.
37'
Not long to go until the break here now, can either side break the deadlock before the half-time whistle?
35'
Nice have conceded a huge 14 goals in all their previous five games, which has left them in 17th position in Ligue 1, way off their performances of last season when they spent much of the season in the top four. However, they are still a good side capable of getting the goals.
33'
The pace of the gamed has increased slightly in the last few minutes as Lazio try and push forward for the opening goal, which is creating more space for Nice when they break forward. One man who has been excellent so far tonight is Lukaku, he looks dangerous everytime he touches the ball, taking players on and constantly sprinting up and down the left-wing.
30'
CHANCES LAZIO! First Lukaku breaks free down the left-wing, beating his marker far too easily, he then pulls the ball back from the byline for a teammate but no one is able to get to the ball and Nice half clear. Just a minute later, Lazio had a corner which fell perfectly to Adam Marusic on the edge of the box, his first-time shot is powered at goal but takes a big deflection off Marchand and goes just inches wide of the Nice net.
28'
STAT: Lazio have scored three goals in two of their Europa League group stage games, plus the Italian side are one of only four sides to still have a 100% record in the group stage.
26'
We're half-way through the first-half here at the Stadio Olimpico and it remains goalless with any chances hard to come by for either side so far. The hosts look comfortable in possession and defending, but Nice certainly hold a threat. There needs to be an insertion of pace to the game if we are to see any goals!
23'
We have our first attempt at goal! Pierre Lees-Melou makes a good run behind the Lazio defence and he meets the lofted ball from Dante on the turn, instead of taking a touch to control the ball, he fires a first-time volley at goal. However, it goes high and wide, not coming close to troubling Thomas Strakosha in the Lazio goal.
21'
There is plenty of experienced players on show here tonight for both teams, the likes of Nani and Lucas Leiva for Lazio, and Dante and Sneijder for the French side.
19'
Lazio know that a point tonight would see them qualify for the next round of the Europa League, so there is less pressure on them to come away with the victory here tonight and they look comfortable at the moment, with Nice not showing much threat up front.
16'
Both sides are struggling to put together any good forward moves at the moment, Lazio are quite happy for their opponents to play the ball around in their own half but as soon as they get over the half-way line, the pressure steps up.
14'
Lazio have a free-kick in a decent position down the right flank after a foul by Maxime Le Marchand, a good opportunity to put the ball and players into the box. The set piece is initially cleared, but then almost falls perfectly to an on-rushing Adam Marusic, but Nice regather to block his effort and they eventually clear the ball up the pitch.
13'
STAT: Lazio have won six of their last seven European home fixtures, the sole exception a 3-0 defeat by Sparta Praha in the 2015/16 UEFA Europa League round of 16. They beat Zulte Waregem 2-0 in the Stadio Olimpico on matchday two.
10'
Jordan Lukaku almost gets caught out on the edge of his own box after good pressure from Wesley Sneijder, the Lazio wing-back was facing his own goal. However, instead of panicking and losing the ball he shows great confidence to turn and trick his way past Sneijder with ease, then play a forward pass to a teammate. Great composure.
8'
No chances yet for either side and neither team has been able to put anything substantial going forward together and have an opportunity in the final third. Nice continue to see more of the ball, but it is all pretty straight forward defending for Lazio at the moment.
6'
There is a terrific atmosphere here inside the Stadio Olimpico, with the Lazio supporters full of confidence and rightly so with the fantastic run of form that their side are currently enjoying. They will be confident of being able to secure another victory here tonight and clinch qualification to the knock-out stages.
4'
This is a bright start by the visitors, they are enjoying the majority of possession and are playing the ball comfortably around the pitch. However, much of their possession is in the middle of the pitch as Lazio are pressing them high and not allowing them to get anywhere near their final third.
2'
UEFA Cup runners-up in 1998, Lazio are back in the UEFA Europa League after a one-season absence, having progressed to the last 16 in 2015/16.

We're underway!
Good evening and welcome to our LIVE match commentary of the Europa League clash between Lazio and Nice in Group K.
Lazio secured 3-1 over Nice in the first game between the two sides in this year’s Europa League on matchday three. This victory signalled three straight wins in Group K for Lazio and moved them three points clear of their opponents.
Victory tonight for the Italian side would almost certainly guarantee themselves of winning the group and secure qualification to the knockout stages. Whilst a win for Nice and a draw in the other game tonight, would see them qualify for the next round.
It may prove to be a difficult task for the French side tonight. Following a great start to the season Nice have struggled of late, after a run of five games unbeaten, winning four of those games, they have since lost five games on the bounce.
They have conceded two or more goals in each of those losses. Now tonight they come up against one of the most in form teams in Europe, as Lazio have won eight straight matches in all competitions and come into this game in fourth place in Serie A, lying just three points behind the league leaders Napoli.
The team news is in, here is how the two sides will line-up tonight...
Neither side really creating any chances to open the scoring here at the Stadio Olimpico and the score is goalless at the break. Lazio look comfortable and the most dangerous when they do break forward, especially down the left when Lukaku gets on the ball. However, neither keeper has had a save to make, a signal of how many little chances this game has had.
FULL-TIME: LAZIO 1-0 NICE
Lazio clinch all three points late on at the Stadio Olimpico, in a game that was starved of any real goalscoring chances and it took an own goal by Maxime Le Marchand with just seconds remaining on the clock, to break the deadlock tonight. Lazio have now clinched their place in the next round, whilst Nice remain battling it out with Zulte-Waregem for the other qualification spot.
That’s all from us tonight folks, we hope you enjoyed the game!
