J. Gómez Taleb has scored a goal for Verona! Assist by R. Márquez.
GOOOOOOAAAAL!! VERONA EQUALISE! The free kick is clipped into the box and Juanito rises above Llorente and two other Bianconeri shirts to meet it. Buffon is caught flat-footed and the ball bounces into the far corner. Mandorlini rushes down the touchline to celebrate with his team!
90' +2
S. Pepe goes off after a red card!
PEPE GETS A RED CARD! The winger scythes down Valoti from behind near the centre circle as he attempts to spark a counterattack. He catches the Verona man with his studs and is given his marching orders!
90' +1
We are into the first of three added minutes.
90'
OVER THE TOP! Sala's cross from the right flies behind Toni but the striker, holding off Ogbonna, gets a leg up and hooks a shot over his head and towards goal. He fails to get it down, though, and Buffon watches it fly over the top.
88'
Penalty saved by Rafael!
R. Márquez gets yellow.
RAFAEL SAVES IT! The Brazilian keeps Tevez off the scoresheet, tipping the Argentine's low penalty around the upright! He did brilliantly to get down there and followed it up with a Toni-esque celebration as a show of support for his team-mate. The Capocannoniere title is almost his!
87'
PENALTY TO JUVE! Llorente tumbles to the ground as he looks to meet a Pepe cross at the near post with Marquez the man to foul him. The Mexican is shown a yellow card for the tackle.
85'
J. Saviola enters the game and replaces P. Tachtsidis.
Tachtisidis makes way for former Barcelona man Javier Saviola for the final few minutes.
84'
ALMOST AN EQUALISER! Hallfredsson drills a pass to Toni at the top of the box, but as he tries to turn away from Ogbonna he loses track of the ball. Juanito picks it up and fires a shot on the spin that is always rising over the top.
82'
Juve are in no rush inside the final third now. They are passing the ball about calmly, waiting for a gap to open up before sending a pass into the box. Tevez tries to dribble his way through but is forced to turn back and offload to a team-mate.
Minute
Description
80'
Obbadi dribbles forward on the right before cutting a pass back to Tachtsidis. The Greek thumps an effort towards goal from 25 yards which is blocked by the closes Bianconeri shirt.
78'
S. Pepe enters the game and replaces R. Pereyra.
Claims for a penalty! But it goes the other way! Juanito drops to the deck under a challenge just inside the area as a pass comes across from Valoti. There was certainly contact, but instead of pointing to the spot the referee awards the visitors a free kick.
76'
Toni sends a header straight into the path of Hallfredsson as the Iceland international bursts into the box, but before he can get a shot away Bonucci gets a foot in to hook it to safety.
74'
M. Valoti enters the game and replaces B. Janković.
Mattia Valoti comes on to replace Jankovic for the remaining 15 minutes or so.
73'
Pereyra slips a pass down the channel for Lichtsteiner, but the right-back is beaten to the ball by Rafael as he rushes out to meet him. The match is opening up a bit, with Hallfredsson quickly pulling a save from Buffon with a shot from 35 yards. That was never going to beat him, though.
71'
Agostini pushes up on the left and dinks a cross into the box but it is easy for Buffon to claim. No one was even challenging the Italy international inside the six-yard box!
69'
Tevez comes inside onto his right foot from the left flank, but his attempted shot is blocked by the first defender. Things haven't quite gone his way tonight.
67'
Chances have been hard to come by for Verona since Juve got their second of the evening. The visitors won't want to stretch themselves in the latter stages, though, so there could still be opportunities to come before the final whistle.
65'
J. Gómez Taleb gets yellow.
The ball is in the back of the Juve net, but it's not going to count! Juanito used his hand to guide a cross from the left beyond Buffon, and it earns him a yellow card.
63'
STAT: Verona have earned 18 points from losing positions this season, a league high.
61'
Sturaro dribbles across the top of the box before teeing up Tevez for a shot from 20 yards. The former Manchester City man takes it first time but is leaning back and completely skies his effort. That was never going to worry Rafael.
59'
S. Lichtsteiner enters the game and replaces P. Evra.
M. Obbadi enters the game and replaces L. Greco.
Evra, who seemed to pick up a knock during the second half, is replaced by Lichtsteiner for the remaining 30 minutes or so. Verona also make a substitution, with Obbadi replacing Greco.
57'
Fernando Llorente has scored a goal for Juventus! Assist by S. Padoin.
GOOOOOOOAAAL!! A LOVELY MOVE FROM JUVE! Pirlo chips a sublime pass over the top of the defence for Padoin to latch onto. The right-back gets his head up and spots Llorente dropping into space so tees him up to fire it into the back of the net!
56'
Verona swing a free kick into the box looking for Toni, but again the striker sends his effort narrowly wide of the near post!
54'
ALMOST A SECOND! Sala runs into acres of space down the right before lofting a curling cross to Toni at the back post. The striker peels away from Bonucci and attempts a first-time finish, but he slices it wide of the upright!
52'
STAT: Tevez has scored five in three appearances against Verona, making them his favourite opponent in the top flight. No goal as of yet this evening, though.
50'
Marquez crashes through the back of Tevez near the centre circle and the hosts are awarded a free kick. The Argentine is going to need a hat-trick if he wants to have any chance at finishing the season at the top of the scoring charts now!
48'
L. Toni has scored a goal for Verona! Assist by E. Hallfreðsson.
GOOOOOOOAAAL!! VERONA ARE LEVEL! Who else could it be but Toni! The 38-year-old striker has his 22nd Serie A strike of the season, firing past Buffon at his near post after receiving the ball from Hallfredsson's counterattacking run!
46'
S. Sturaro enters the game and replaces C. Marchisio.
The second half is underway, with Marchisio making way for Stefano Sturaro for the remainder.
45' +2
Pirlo chips the free kick into the box but it is headed away by the Verona defence. The hosts send a long ball up to Toni who cushions a header down for Juanito, but the Argentine is unable to control it and so the half-time whistle is sounded!
45' +1
The corner comes to nothing as we enter the first of two additional minutes. Juve are awarded a free kick in a decent area by the referee following a handball decision.
45'
TEVEZ! The Argentine feigns to shot before knocking the ball towards the byline and chasing after it. He then attempts to fire a left-footed effort inside the near post but it is deflected out of play for a corner to the visitors.
44'
Hallfredsson slides in late on Pereyra and concedes a free kick just outside the Juve box. That will ease the pressure on the visitors for the remainder.
42'
R. Pereyra has scored a goal for Juventus! Assist by P. Pogba.
GOOOOOOOOOAAAAL!! A STUNNER FROM PEREYRA! The Argentine comes in off the left and is not closed down by Sala or Marquez, so he decides to have a go at goal. His right-footed effort bends just inside the top corner from 25 yards in an absolutely beautiful strike! Juve have the lead!
40'
VERONA LET OFF THE HOOK! Tevez dribbles his way in from the left along the byline before rolling a pass across the face of goal. Llorente is in the box but is too static and has to watch the Argentine's delivery dribble beyond the gaping goal and away from danger!
39'
Juanito attempts to dribble his way through the centre of the box but runs into a swathe of Bianconeri shirts. The ball goes loose, though, and Toni spins onto it and releases a shot on goal in one movement. He keeps it low and on target but Buffon holds it.
37'
P. Tachtsidis gets yellow.
Tachtsidis is the first Verona player to go into the book for an off-the-ball bodycheck. It was unnecessary as Jankovic had made a great challenge on Pereyra to win back possession inside the Bianconeri half.
35'
Tachtsidis is back on the pitch and looks to be moving freely. Verona's midfield three are putting up a good fight against that of Juve.
34'
OFF THE BAR! Marchisio sets the ball up for Llorente with a header and the Spaniard fires a fantastic effort towards the target on the volley. He hits it sweetly but his effort cracks off the woodwork! That's the closest we have come to an opener.
33'
WHAT A CHANCE! Brilliant play from Hallfredsson as he picks up a backheel from Juanito and charges to the byline. He cuts a cross back to the near post which Toni stabs narrowly wide of the target! He's looking more likely than Tevez to add to his tally at the moment.
32'
Tachtsidis limps off the pitch to applause from the home fans and he receives further treatment on the far side.
31'
C. Tevez gets yellow.
Tevez is the first man to be shown a yellow card for clipping the ankle of Tachtsidis as he looked to burst away and into the Juve half. He's stayed down and appears to be in some discomfort.
30'
Juve are struggling to get going this afternoon, which they would not have wanted before next weekend's Champions League finals. Verona have everyone but Toni back to help defend and it's making them difficult to break down.
28'
CHANCE! Tachtsidis angles a clever pass to Juanito just inside the box and the Argentine attempts to dink the ball over Bonucci for Agostini to his right. It hits the centre-back before falling for the Verona defender, who slices his effort far from the target. There are muted claims for a handball but nothing is given.
27'
STAT: Verona have picked up just two points in their last seven Serie A encounters with the Bianconeri. Furthermore, they’ve only beaten Juve once in their last 16 league meetings, losing 12 times.
25'
Agostini and Juanito push up on the left in tandem, with the Argentine feeding the left-back so that he can supply a cross. Bonucci makes an important block, though, and the ball goes out for a throw-in.
23'
WIDE! Evra's cross finds Tevez at the back post, but knowing he is in an awkward position he cushions the ball down for Marchisio rather than going for goal. The midfielder hits the bouncing ball first time, smashing it into the ground before it loops off target.
22'
We are approaching the midway point of the first half and it remains a rather evenly contested game. Neither keeper has been forced into a strenuous save as of yet, but Verona are defending well and looking to trouble the opposition with numerous crosses into the box.
20'
Sala pushes up on the right and pings a cross into the box looking for Toni. It's slightly too far ahead of the striker and Buffon is able to collect it despite a difficult bounce.
19'
Pogba controls a high ball exquisitely out on the left and the dribbles across towards the other flank. He rolls a pass into the path of Padoin as he charges up from deep. The right-back's cross into the box is poor, though, and is headed away by Marquez.
18'
Hallfredsson tries to send it in low between the defenders and the goalkeeper, but a Bianconeri shirt is first to it and clears the ball out for a throw-in.
17'
After being helped off the pitch by the medical staff, Bonucci quickly re-enters as play resumes. Juanito wins a free kick on the left which Verona may look to plant on Toni's head.
15'
OVER THE TOP! Hallfredsson's corner finds Juanito between the six-yard box and the penalty spot and the Argentine fails to keep his header down. Bonucci has stayed down following a collision on that set-piece. Allegri will be hoping it is nothing serious.
14'
Jankovic shows good balance to keep the ball in play by the byline on the right and quickly get a cross in. Ogbonna deflects it behind for a corner which is sent towards Tachtsidis at the back post, but Chiellini is there first to concede another set-piece.
12'
Pogba clips a pass over the defence, attempting to feed Evra as he makes a diagonal run from the wing towards the box. The left-back went too early, though, and is flagged offside by the official on the near side.
10'
Toni tries to bulldoze his way through and latch onto a long ball, sending Ogbonna to ground with his challenge after muscling past Bonucci. He claims for a handball from the centre-back, but the referee is unmoved and signals for play to continue. Hallfredsson sends possession out to the right but no cross comes in.
9'
Tevez receives the ball with his back to goal from Pirlo 25 yards out and spins to his right to bear down on goal. From just outside the box he decides to pull the trigger and only musters a weak effort that is straight into the keeper's arms.
8'
The Bianconeri beginning to enjoy more and more of the possession and they string a neat move together to cut through the Verona defence. Marchisio flicks a clever pass in behind for Llorente, but Rafael rushes off his line and beats the striker to it.
6'
Verona appear happy to let Juve have possession inside their half, sitting deep with two compact defensive lines. Pirlo shifts a pass to the left for Pogba who produces a poor effort from 25 yards that dribbles wide of the far post.
5'
TONI! The veteran striker gets his first opening as Juanito comes inside from the left and wrongfoots Ogbonna inside the box. His touch ricochets off the defender, though, and sits up kindly for the former Bayern Munich man who stabs his shot wide of the target under pressure from Buffon!
4'
Padoin attempts to slide a rather ambitious pass down the right-hand channel for Llorente, but, with the defenders remaining static as they expect it to run through to the keeper, the Spaniard gets extremely close to latching onto it. However, he is just beaten to the ball by Rafael.
3'
Jankovic wins a free kick off of Evra out on the right and Verona take it short. Possession is worked back to the Serbian, but his cross is cleared away with Toni nowhere near. It's been a bright start from the hosts, though.
1'
We are underway!
Hello and welcome to this afternoon's LIVE coverage of the first match in the final weekend of Serie A this season as Juventus, who have already been crowned champions, travel to face Verona at the Bentegodi. Ahead of next weekend's Champions League final against Barcelona, the Bianconeri will be keen for another positive performance. The Gialloblu, meanwhile, will hope to end their campaign with a triumph that the fans can truly enjoy. My name is Tom Webber, and I will be your guide through all the action.
Despite already completing the domestic double, Massimiliano Allegri won't want to see a drop in his team's performance today. One battle that could make for interesting viewing today is the race to be Capocannoniere between Verona's Luca Toni and Juve's Carlos Tevez. The 38-year-old currently leads the rankings with 21 goals this season, one more than the Argentine and also Inter's Mauro Icardi.
Verona could rise up to 11th if they are victorious, while defeat could see the Gialloblu end the season in 15th if results elsewhere this weekend go against them. Juve, of course, will finish top of the pile regardless with their dream of a treble still very much alive.
VERONA TEAM NEWS: Andrea Mandorlini makes two changes from the side that drew 2-2 with Parma last time out as Leandro Greco comes in for Mounir Obbadi and Fernandinho is replaced by Juanito. Artur Ionita misses out through injury while Eros Pisano is suspended.
JUVENTUS TEAM NEWS: Martin Caceres is absent through injury, while Andrea Barzagli and Stephan Lichtsteiner are rested due to a lack of fitness. Angelo Ogbonna and Simone Padoin are the men to step into their shoes, while Arturo Vidal is rested for the Champions League final with Roberto Pereyra taking his place. Fernando Llorente is selected ahead of Alvaro Morata to partner Tevez up top.
Juventus bench: Storari, Del Favero, Chiellini, De Ceglie, Lichtsteiner, Sturaro, Vidal, Pepe, Coman, Matri, Morata.
We are just a few minutes away from kick off in Verona!
HALF TIME - Verona 0-1 Juventus: It's been a decent half of football at the Bentegodi, with Toni causing problems for the visiting defence with his strength in the box. However, it is a strike from Pereyra - and what a goal it was - that separates the two sides at the interval. Stay tuned for the second half!
FULL TIME - Verona 2-2 Juventus: A brilliant season-ending game sees the spoils shared at the Bentegodi. Pereyra opened the scoring in the first half but Toni equalised with a goal that puts him on the brink of the Capocannoniere. The Bianconeri regained the lead through Llorente but, after Tevez had a penalty saved and Pepe was dismissed, Juanito netted a late leveller for the hosts!
Juve end the season at the top of the table and with a domestic double, so their focus will now solely be on next weekend's Champions League final. Verona, meanwhile, rise up to 12th in the table.
That is all we have time for this evening. Thanks for joining me, Tom Webber, and have a great night!
