England get us under way here at Wembley. The man in charge of the cards for tonight's affair is Jonas Eriksson from Sweden.
Good evening and welcome to our LIVE text commentary on tonight's international friendly between England and France from Wembley Stadium. I'm Matthew Judge and I will be your host for the match, which kicks off at 8pm.
All eyes will be firmly on the events before kick-off at England's national stadium tonight as both sets of supporters are set to come together and sing the French national anthem, in the wake of horrendous attacks in Paris last Saturday.
Both countries have already booked their place in next summer's European Championships but tonight is more than just about football. Thousands of English and French supporters are set to unite and show defiance after the harrowing events which shook the world last weekend.
TEAM NEWS: Roy Hodgson has made seven changes to the side which started England's 2-0 defeat against Spain last weekend. Nathaniel Clyne, Kieran Gibbs, Eric Dier, Gary Cahill, John Stones, Dele Alli and Wayne Rooney all come into the first eleven for tonight's game.
TEAM NEWS: Didier Deschamps has made five alterations to the team which started France's last outing against Germany. Lucas Digne, Hatem Ben Arfa, Morgan Schneiderlin, Yohan Cabaye and Andre-Pierre Gignac all get the chance to impress from the get-go this evening.
Both sets of players are stripped and raring to go as they leave the tunnel and enter onto the field here in front of a packed-out Wembley Stadium. We are just moments away from seeing the action start to unfold.
The two sets of supporters join together in a display of solidarity as they sing the French national anthem 'La Marseillaise' before tonight's international friendly gets under way at England's national stadium.
HALF TIME: ENGLAND 1-0 FRANCE
Both sets of players head down the tunnel for the half-time interval with England currently leading France by one goal to nil at the break. Dele Alli's first senior goal for the Three Lions has the sides split at the moment.
The first half started out a little bit tentatively, like most international friendlies tend to, but England really started to get on top after about 25 minutes of action. Deschamps' men haven't really managed to create anything to trouble Hart as of yet.
FULL TIME: ENGLAND 2-0 FRANCE
Goals from Dele Alli and Wayne Rooney either side of the half-time interval help England to a comfortable 2-0 win over France at Wembley Stadium this evening. It was an understandably difficult evening for the visitors after recent events.
Hodgson's men were comfortably the better of the two teams and deserved their win ahead of next summer's European Championships in France. Les Bleus got better when Paul Pogba came on but apart from the odd shot here and there, the Three Lions served up a cracking display.
That's all from me, Matthew Judge, and it has been a great pleasure talking you through all of tonight's action here at Wembley. We hope you can join us again very soon. Take care and enjoy the rest of your week!
