Anderlecht get a throw in with seconds left and Hummels sweeps in to bundle it back out for a second - which prompts the referee to instead blow for full-time.
90' +2
Hummels has a chance to put secure a definite Bayern win as he comes onto a slick through ball on the right edge of the box, only to sky it wide and to the left.
90'
Four added minutes on the way in Belgium as Bayern get a free-kick 40 yards out.
89'
A disallowed goal for Anderlecht! Harbaoui taps in a wonderful cross from the right, courtesy of Appiah after the corner deflected his way - but the linesman's flag goes up. Cruel - but the correct decision.
88'
S. Ulreich gets yellow.
Yellow card Sven Ulreich
Corner to Anderlecht now after Bruno deflects it out. Ulreich too is booked, though the reason is unclear.
87'
M. Hummels enters the game and replaces A. Vidal.
After a spirited showing, Vidal makes way for the final few minutes, replaced by Hummels.
84'
Lewandowski's effort impacts on the wall and is cleared by Deschacht with ease.
83'
L. Dendoncker gets yellow.
It's a booking to Dendoncker too for being rather bolshy towards the referee.
82'
H. Harbaoui enters the game and replaces Ł. Teodorczyk.
Trebel pops the free-kick just over the crossbar with a neat effort, steering it close to the top right corner.
Teodorczyk departs after an evening of mixed fortune - and is replaced by Hamdi Harbaoui.
81'
Free-kick to Anderlecht now in a good position - twenty yards out a touch to the right of the Bayern goalmouth - after a careless foul by Vidal on Bruno.
Minute
Description
78'
That's two goals conceded by the hosts due to defence gone missing in action. It's frustrating for Anderlecht - they've been the lesser side this half, but on the whole, they've matched blows with one of the best tonight in great spirit and form.
77'
C. Tolisso has scored a goal for Bayern Munich! Assist by J. Kimmich.
Assist Joshua Kimmich
A lapse at the back by Anderlecht allows Vidal to get a crack on goal - and he simply blows it well over the top. No trouble there for Sels.
That on the other hand is; Tolisso heads in all too easily from a Kimmich cross on the right left uncontested by the Anderlecht back four. Bayern retake the lead in this topsy-turvy, end-to-end game.
75'
Close again for Teodorczyk, who gets a cut-back pass from the left this time - his shot is a lovely, lofted effort that gets the right dip over the defenders but curls just round the outside of the post.
73'
Appiah drives a brilliant cross from the right on the reverse in for Teodorczyk, only for Ulreich to get low and get to the ball first.
71'
M. Bruno enters the game and replaces S. Hanni.
Captain Hanni is off for Anderlecht, replaced by Massimo Bruno.
70'
Free-kick now for Bayern which Rudy whips in for Martinez, only for his header who sail way over the crossbar,
69'
Close for Bayern! There's a tasty cross into the box that beats Rudy but Sels can only deflect with a wayward thigh and Spajic absolutely leathers it into the stands to clear.
65'
H. Onyekuru enters the game and replaces P. Gerkens.
A change for the hosts after that leveller - Gerkens makes way for Henry Onyekuru.
63'
S. Hanni has scored a goal for Anderlecht! Assist by Ł. Teodorczyk.
R. Lewandowski gets yellow.
Assist Łukasz Teodorczyk
THE WAIT IS OVER! ANDERLECHT SCORE! Captain Hanni wraps his right foot around a Teodorczyk header on the back of a Trebel cross from the left and buries it behind Ulreich with a messy finish. The stadium erupts. Anderlecht have a goal in the 2017/18 Champions League!
Goalscorer Lewandowski wraps his foot around Onyekuru and sees yellow for his troubles.
61'
J. Boateng gets yellow.
The contact looks relatively minimal and the referee deems it a fair challenge to the fury of Boateng who accosts the match official and is booked for his trouble.
60'
Anderlecht suddenly find themselves back in the Bayern box after a breakaway move, and Teodorczyk lofts it wide and out to Appiah so he can convert with a better cross. It's deflected out into midfield where Lewandowski tries to spirit it away again, only to take a clash with Kums and tumble to the ground.
58'
He's all over the park right now, Lewandowski. Fractionally offside on replay, he sprints onto another Vidal through ball and carries it into the left side of the box, just poking his shot wide on the right.
56'
Lewandowksi is in the box again, popping up to trap a long ball from Boateng and Spajic manages to somehow curl it out from under his feet.
54'
Lewandowski drills a cross from the left wing to the right for Tolisso who returns back to the centre for Vidal on the edge of the Anderlecht box, only for his attempt to stutter into the legs of Kara who clears.
52'
The visitors have come out of the blocks much quicker in the second half and make it tell, with Lewandowski getting his second goal in four Champions League matches. But after controlling the opening 45 against generally better opposition, Anderlecht will be furious to have conceded so softly.
51'
R. Lewandowski has scored a goal for Bayern Munich! Assist by C. Tolisso.
Assist Corentin Tolisso
Oh, that was a slip up at the back Anderlecht didn't need. Having dominated the first half, they go behind to a Lewandowski tap-in after Tolisso slips it behind the defenders and the keeper from the right side of the box across the face of goal. Bayern lead in Belgium.
49'
It's a soft free-kick in the end, that bobs over the wall and runs beyond all in the box, out of goal to the left.
48'
Javi Martínez enters the game and replaces A. Robben.
Robben signals to the bench that he feels unable to continue - and he is helped from the field, to be replaced by Martinez.
47'
U. Spajić gets yellow.
Well, that was a malicious tackle. Robben gets a long ball in open space, racing onto the box for Bayern - and is cleaned out by a two-footed effort from Spajic. Free-kick 25 yards out for the visitors and a booking for the Anderlecht man.
46'
And we're back underway in Belgium. Lewandowski darts down the left wing with the ball from the off and carries it into the box; three defenders muscle him off the ball and get it away from the Anderlecht goal-line.
45' +2
...but not in this instance. Robben takes and lofts it well over the wall - and the crossbar. Sels returns with a goal-kick and the referee blows for half-time.
45' +1
That wasn't what Anderlecht wanted. Having been on top for twenty minutes, they give away a free-kick twenty-five yards out on the centre-right after a silly foul on Rodriguez. Bayern have scored plenty from this position before...
45'
Two added minutes coming in the first half.
44'
J. Rodríguez enters the game and replaces Thiago Alcântara.
Indeed there is - Thiago is escorted from the field by two members of Bayern staff and Rodriguez is on in his place. The forward appears to be moving fairly well on his own feet - is he nursing a hidden knock? Or is it unrelated to a potential injury?
42'
Bayern have the ball back in the opposition half for the first time in a while - and appear to be stalling, with Thiago looking somewhat shifty on the flank. Players are glancing at the bench - is there a change incoming?
40'
Gerkens crashes down in the box as he tries to meet a Appiah cross and his wayward header puts the ball out. Cries for a penalty go up from the partisan crowd again and once more, nothing is given.
39'
It's another blown chance for Teodorczyk, who can't plant a deflection that lands at his feet ten yards out on the right around Ulreich. Anderlecht have had seven shots, four on targetm compared with three and one for Bayern.
37'
Trebel bounds after a long ball from Hanni down the left once more, but Ulreich brings himself to the edge of his box to collect before he can get there.
35'
Teodorczyk tries to connect with an Appiah cross from the right again, only to slip in the box and knock it carelessly wide. He appeals for a penalty - none is forthcoming.
34'
Trebel slips a neat ball to Kums through the legs of Rudy and Anderlecht bring the ball out of their own half with a splash of style.
32'
Save from Sels! The Anderlecht keeper gets his foot to a cross headed straight for Vidal and flings the ball back into open play. Great effort there to deny a big chance for the visitors.
30'
How big a chance could that be? Teodorczyk runs onto a glorious crossfield pass from Gerkins, timing his run wonderfully to beat the offside trap and leave him with only Ulreich - and then he sprays his shot wide to the right by a foot or so. Two superb chances in almost as many minutes for Anderlecht to score their first Champions League goal of 2017.
28'
Oh, what a golden chance for Trebel! The Anderlecht man reads Kums' lob into the box beautifully and connects with a great header that just skims wide to the left of the near-post and out. Munich nearly went one down there.
26'
Robben breaks loose on the right again and tries to cross to Boateng; Teodorczyk muscles in and earns himself the throw out on the wing instead.
24'
A ghost of a chance for Hanni as he finds himself twenty yards out with support on the left, only for him to shoot himself and push it off target with a wayward strike.
21'
Bayern have settled into this game now after those early minutes of Anderlecht hounding around the pitch but the hosts are still very much playing their part in a well-balanced game. Still 0-0 in Belgium.
19'
Hero to zero for Appiah now though, as from the corner, he fails to control the ball and then gives away a free-kick for a lunge. Bayern whip it downfield on the left - and Thiago himself gives away a free-kick for a clumsy shove on Spajic whilst chasing the ball.
17'
Great shot by Appiah! He gets it played across the edge of the Bayern box as Anderlecht catch the back-four sleeping and his low shot being whipped in forces Ulreich to dive and push it out. Corner to the hosts.
15'
A free-kick to the visitors on the cusp of halfway sees them play it back into their own area from the left before bringing it out to the right and letting Thiago crack a shot at goal from twenty yards out that Sels stops with ease.
13'
The hosts now get a throw on the right wing near the Bayern penalty area, though Gerkens puts it too long for any of his fellow players to reach into the box and Sule clears up with little difficulty.
11'
Robben comes up for a long cross on the right from Boateng, but he brings down Deschacht in his effort and Anderlecht get a free-kick on the edge of their own box.
9'
Down the other end, Lewandowski comes up for a Tolisso cross and connects, guiding his effort to the palms of Sels.
8'
A golden chance for Anderlecht as a deflection off Friedl falls to the feet of Trebel on the cusp of the eighteen-yard box, only for quick work from Ulreich to deny him the shot.
6'
Lewandowski latches onto a loose delivery from Kums to Hanni and again Bayern slip back towards the Anderlecht defence with a zip in their step. The forward can't finish and Appiah comes up with the ball after a deflection.
4'
It's all Anderlecht so far, until a Kara pass falls wayward to Robben who clips it downfield, finding only Sels who leathers it back downfield. A slip-up there from the hosts that they will be thankful to not be too costly.
2'
Gerkens takes and puts it into the box, sending it straight to the keeper Ulreich.
1'
And we're underway in Belgium! The hosts earn an early throw and work their way down the right wing but Dendoncker's cross only finds a flying foot from Sule. Throw again to Anderlecht.
Hello and welcome to the penultimate matchday of the 2017/18 Champions League Group Stages as winless Anderlecht host a Bayern Munich side already with one eye on the round of 16. The Belgians, along with Benfica, are the only team yet to record a point in the tournament so far - against a high-flying German outfit, can they pull off a shock upset and finally get off the mark? Kick-off is on the way!
The hosts have struggled in Europe against Bavarian opposition historically; they have gone 18 games without keeping a clean sheet, only winning three of those fixtures. Conversely, Bayern have only gone down once to Belgian sides in the last eight games – and they have won 23 of their previous 29 group stage games in the Champions League to boot.
The previous encounter between the two teams in the opening fixture makes for tough reading for Anderlecht; they recorded a single shot on target compared to Bayern's 29 attempts overall, in a 3-0 drubbing that set the tone for both respective campaigns. Since then, Anderlecht have let in twelve more goals – and scored none at all themselves.
Javi Martinez heads into this contest having netted his first goal in the Champions League, in what was his 38th appearance in the competition for Bayern, against Celtic. Expected to start on the bench, he may have a chance of a second against a leaky Belgian defence – Anderlecht have only kept one clean sheet in their last 18 appearances in this tournament.
Team news is in now...
Subs: Beric, Harbaoui, Josue, Boeckx, Sambi Lokonga, Onyekuru, Bruno
Well, that was a highly enjoyable first 45. Anderlecht will be very frustrated that thry have been unable to find the net, having created twice as many chances as their opposition so far - but it certainly feels like their best half of the competition so far. Can they push on and find that elusive goal? Half-time, it's Anderlecht 0-0 Bayern Munich.
It's a fourth win in five for Bayern Munich who add a little more gloss to their round of 16 confirmation - but they were pushed all the way by a determined Anderlecht side who thrilled in front of a home crowd and finally got that goal that has eluded them. Their loss almost certainly means they will head out of Europe completely, unless they can overturn a three-goal defecit in Glasgow - but it has been a performance to be proud of for the hosts. Full-time in Belgium, it finishes Anderlecht 1-2 Bayern Munich.
So what next for these two sides with one matchday left in the group stages? Assured of qualification, Bayern will be looking for revenge against a PSG side who put three goals past them in Paris earlier in the year - whilst Anderlecht have that aforementioned clash in Scotland, where if they can upset Celtic in their own backyard, they stand a chance of making the Europa League. Until then however, thank you for joining us - and have a good night!
