The game is meandering to a conclusion. Credit Atalanta for their effort, but it hasn't been enough.
90'
There will be four minutes of added time, likely not enough for Atalanta to find two goals.
89'
Atalanta continue to probe but the Juve fans are in celebratory mood. They know the job is almost done.
87'
M. Mandžukić gets yellow.
M. Barrow enters the game and replaces R. Freuler.
Substitution Remo Freuler Musa Barrow
Mandzukic goes into the book for hitting Caldara, who reacts rather dramatically, with a trailing arm.
86'
Matuidi holds his hands up to apologise to Dybala after nicking the ball off him and stumbling as he fired a wayward shot well over the bar.
85'
A. Barzagli enters the game and replaces Alex Sandro.
Substitution Alex Sandro Lobo Silva Andrea Barzagli
84'
Substitute Cornelius appeals for a free-kick as he goes to ground on the right flank but his appeals are dismissed. It's been that kind of game for Atalanta.
83'
P. Dybala enters the game and replaces Douglas Costa.
The impressive Costa is replaced by Dybala, who receives a huge ovation from the home fans.
82'
Gomez is fouled as he attempts to break free down the left. Again Atalanta fail to threaten the Juve defence, though, and Matuidi wins a free-kick as he is felled by Rizzo.
80'
Juve are sitting deeper and deeper. Save for Gomez's effort that struck the post, Atalanta have shown little sign of being able to break them down so this can hardly be considered a surprise.
Minute
Description
78'
Alex Sandro gets yellow.
Sandro receives a caution but Atalanta do little with the resulting free-kick.
76'
L. Rizzo enters the game and replaces G. Mancini.
A bad couple of minutes for Mancini come to an end as he is hauled off.
75'
Penalty goal scored by M. Pjanić for Juventus!
Pjanic steps up and confidently beats Berisha. Juve now lead 2-0 on aggregate and, barring a hugely impressive turnaround, are heading to the Coppa Italia final to face either AC Milan or Lazio.
74'
PENALTY JUVE! Mancini the culprit as he pulls down Matuidi in the box!
71'
Costa seems intent on ensuring Juve's progression by himself. He definitely looks the most likely player to score for the Bianconeri.
69'
A. Masiello gets yellow.
Masiello is cautioned for a clever foul on the surging Costa. The free-kick falls to nothing
68'
S. Khedira enters the game and replaces C. Marchisio.
Marchisio's effort was his last real action of the game as he is withdrawn for Sami Khedira.
67'
NOW JUVE HIT THE BAR! This game has exploded into life as Costa cuts onto his favoured left foot and curls against the the woodwork.
65'
INCREDIBLE!!! Atalanta almost take the lead as Gomez lofts the ball over an onrushing Buffon on the break but his stunning effort from 35 yards strikes the base off the right-hand post. What a let-off for Juve!
64'
A. Cornelius enters the game and replaces J. Iličić.
Substitution Josip Iličić Andreas Evald Cornelius
63'
A promising open down the left flank for Atalanta comes to nought, can they find the goal that forces extra-time?
61'
You really have to admire Atalanta's defensive resolve, every time Juve come forward they somehow manage to win the ball back and clear.
59'
Dangerous moments for Atalanta as Alex Sandro gets the ball on the left-hand side of the box but again the visitors manage to clear. Marchisio the curls well over from the edge of the area. Frustration reigns for Juve.
55'
The Juve supporters are finding their voice as they try to will their team to goal. There's been little in the way of goalscoring opportunities so far in the second half, though.
52'
Juve are continuing to have the better of the attacking play but still with no reward. Atalanta continue to be a tough nut to crack.
50'
B. Matuidi gets yellow.
Yellow card Blaise Matuidi
46'
The second half is off and running!
45' +2
HALF-TIME: Juventus 0 Atalanta 0 (1-0 agg)
45' +1
M. Pjanić gets yellow.
YELLOW! Pjanic goes into the book for a shameless dive in the area. Matuidi profits from Berisha's poor kick and then Mancini's dallying, feeding his midfield colleague, who rides a challenge that simply is not there. The referee, who has been excellent, does not buy it.
44'
CLOSE! Juventus are enjoying their fair share of chances at the end of a poor first half as far as they are concerned, with Asamoah the latest to let fly. He runs at his man on the left and lashes a finish just wide of the near post.
42'
BLOCK! A crucial intervention from Chiellini keeps Freuler out! Spinazzola's challenge diverts a Juventus pass back to Ilicic, who runs at Benatia and squares for Freuler. The low shot is lacking power but still looks to be heading goalwards until the home defender dives to the rescue.
41'
SAVE! Berisha makes a mess of this but he keeps it out! Costa looks like the danger man for Juventus and, sure enough, he cuts inside from the left and fizzes in a cross-cum-shot. It bounces awkwardly in front of the goalkeeper, who just about manages to scoop the ball away.
39'
This is such a brave Atalanta display. They know the quality Juve possess and yet continue to aggressively harry the Bianconeri at every opportunity. The home players look a little shellshocked, but - crucially - they still lead the tie.
37'
Juventus are pushing now, but that's leaving spaces at the back and Spinazzola should do so much better when he gets in on the left. The wing-back looks for a cross instead of going for goal. Benatia nods clear.
35'
P. Gómez gets yellow.
SAVE! Juventus should lead! Mandzukic turns inside Mancini, nudges the ball beyond Masiello and has a clear sight of goal. He fires straight at the onrushing Berisha, though, and the chance is gone. That lifts the crowd, at least.
YELLOW! Atalanta break at speed, but the move ends in a booking for Gomez. He nutmegs one defender but then clatters Lichtsteiner, allowing Juve a reprieve.
33'
Atalanta remain well on top. Juventus are working hard to ensure these long spells of possession come to nothing.
30'
The contrast in the quality of passing between the two sides is stark. Juventus no sooner win the ball than cheaply lose it again. Atalanta have 10 players in the hosts' half.
28'
Half-chances at both ends! De Roon's touch is poor for once when Asamoah's slip allows Ilicic to bring the ball forward and feed his team-mate in the area. Juventus break and Mandzukic wants a penalty when the ball appears to bounce up off Masiello's arm. Not given.
26'
Atalanta clear, but Juventus are now enjoying a first spell of real control. Nothing has come of it so far.
25'
There's a sense of anticipation every time Costa receives the ball. He cannot work space for a shot on the edge of the area, but Asamoah races away down the left and forces a corner.
24'
There's little goalmouth action to speak of at the moment, but this is such an impressive Atalanta performance. They really need to turn their domination into a goal that would level the tie, however.
22'
De Roon is running the game from the middle of midfield, snapping into challenges when Juventus get the ball and picking his passes well. He's everywhere. Allegri's men cannot get out.
20'
Mandzukic belatedly receives the ball facing goal and dashes down the right to cross. Alex Sandro is too slow in the middle and Atalanta allow the ball to pass through the box unchallenged.
19'
Juventus simply cannot get a kick. Their occasional passes are slack, while Mandzukic is completely isolated up front.
17'
The atmosphere is a little tense considering Juventus are still defending a lead and an away goal. Atalanta are by far the better side.
16'
Juventus go close for the first time! Mancini's foul on the right allows Pjanic to deliver a free-kick and Matuidi, running in at the back post, cannot quite stretch to turn the ball home. Hateboer does well to put him off.
14'
Chiellini initially protests his innocence, but there is no doubt that's worthy of a card. Caldara slowly gets back to his feet.
13'
G. Chiellini gets yellow.
YELLOW! Chiellini will miss the final if Juventus make it! He goes into the book for a very heavy challenge on Caldara as a Bianconeri attack wanes.
12'
SAVE! Buffon is tested for the first time, but it's a simple stop from Gomez. An inswinging centre from the right picks out the Atalanta captain's run and he reaches the ball ahead of Lichtsteiner, prodding an effort at Buffon.
11'
Atalanta are playing some lovely stuff, exploiting the space between their hurried opponents. Mandzukic cannot make the ball stick for Juventus.
10'
Freuler really should do better! He strips Pjanic of the ball and has time and space to drive at the Juve back line. He does so, but a heavy final touch allows Asamoah to challenge. Atalanta remain on the front foot, however.
9'
Ilicic is the latest player to go down after a tangle with Chiellini. No foul and he is back on his feet after a short stoppage.
8'
There are a couple of contentious challenges that see players on either side go to ground, but the referee is yet to award a foul. A Juventus cross from the left evades Mandzukic in the middle.
7'
Asamoah gives the ball away on the Juventus left, allowing Ilicic to carry the ball into the area. The defender is grateful to see Chiellini across to cover, but Costa then takes a kick as the hosts' counter stalls.
6'
We are less than six minutes in, but Atalanta have had 98 per cent of the possession. Outstanding.
5'
Atalanta force a corner on the right, Gomez delivers and the intial header so nearly reaches Masiello at the far post. Matuidi shields the ball behind for another corner and Juve can clear.
4'
CLOSE! Not far away from Gomez! He steps onto Cristante's lay-off and sends a high curler goalwards. It initially looks to be dropping far too late, but Buffon is scrambling.
3'
This is an accomplished start from Gasperini's men. They are keeping the ball well in the opening exchanges.
2'
Atalanta escape the early press from the hosts and get numbers up in attack at the other end. Chiellini eventually clears after a series of crosses from the left.

KICK-OFF: The snow is falling again as Atalanta get us under way.
Hello and welcome to our live text commentary of the Coppa Italia semi-final second leg between Juventus and Atalanta in Turin!
Sunday's Serie A clash between these two sides was postponed at the last moment due to the weather conditions at the Allianz Stadium, but it looks like we will fight off the snow to see some action today.
Juve hold a 1-0 lead from the first leg in Bergamo, but Gonzalo Higuain - the scorer in that victory - is missing for this one as he looks to return from injury in time for next week's Champions League match at Tottenham.
Subs: Wojciech Szczesny, Carlo Pinsoglio, Andrea Barzagli, Daniele Rugani, Benedikt Howedes, Sami Khedira, Stefano Sturaro, Paulo Dybala.
Juventus (4-3-3): Gianluigi Buffon, Stephan Lichtsteiner, Medhi Benatia, Giorgio Chiellini, Kwadwo Asamoah, Claudio Marchisio, Miralem Pjanic, Blaise Matuidi, Douglas Costa, Mario Mandzukic, Alex Sandro.
Let's get the rest of the team news now...
Subs: Pierluigi Gollini, Francesco Rossi, Jose Luis Palomino, Timothy Castagne, Filippo Melegoni, Robin Gosens, Nicolas Haas, Luca Rizzo, Andreas Cornelius, Musa Barrow.
Atalanta (3-4-1-2): Etrit Berisha, Gianluca Mancini, Mattia Caldara, Andrea Masiello, Hans Hateboer, Marten de Roon, Remo Freuler, Leonardo Spinazzola, Bryan Cristante, Josip Ilicic, Alejandro Gomez.
The two coaches of course named their line-ups just three days ago before the league fixture was called off. Juventus' sole change sees Benatia come in for Rugani, who drops to the bench.
Gian Piero Gasperini has gone in the opposite direction. Only Mancini and De Roon remain from the Atalanta side selected on Sunday. There are four changes from the first leg.
Juve are maintaining a Serie A challenge, but Massimiliano Allegri is also looking to make history in this competition. "[This] is an equally important goal for us, because no team in the modern era has won their national cup four times in a row," he told a pre-match news conference. "We have a big chance to do that this season."
The teams are in the tunnel! We are just a few minutes away from kick-off.
So Juventus still lead the tie at the halfway stage of this second leg, but the first half has been far from comfortable, with Atalanta putting the Serie A champions under pressure throughout.
Can Atalanta find a way through? We will soon find out. The second half action will follow shortly...
With that said, the best chances have fallen Juve's way. They will know, as they trudge through the snow back to the dressing room, that a final spot is there for the taking if they can improve on a dismal 45 minutes.
The referee blows his whistle, it's all over and Juventus are into the Coppa Italia final!
They didn't do it the easy way and it could have been so much different had Alejandro Gomez's effort not hit the post, handing Gianluigi Buffon a reprieve, but Miralem Pjanic's penalty ensured a 1-0 win and a 2-0 aggregate victory for Juve.
Juve can now wait to see if it is AC Milan or Lazio who they will face in the tournament showpiece. Atalanta's hopes of winning a trophy this season are over after being knocked out of this competition and the Europa League. Qualifying for Europe again will now be their focus.
