McClean slips as he chases a ball over the top towards the byline on the left, and that should be that once the goal-kick is taken.
90'
Sturridge is back on his heels as Robson-Kanu slides the ball through for him, although the pass was a little overhit as well.
88'
Sturridge is fouled by Milivojevic as the Liverpool loanee tries to ghost through the centre. Only a couple of minutes left in this one now.
87'
Sakho is caught trying to play it out from the back under pressure from Robson-Kanu, and he goes down holding the top of his ankle as the ball goes out of play.
85'
Lee Chung-Yong enters the game and replaces A. Townsend.
Townsend off for Lee is the final substitution to be made, with the South Korean forward getting the final five minutes or so.
82'
P. Souaré enters the game and replaces P. van Aanholt.
Warm applause from the home fans as Van Aanholt is replaced by Souare at left-back.
81'
K. Gibbs gets yellow.
Gibbs is the latest to go into the referee's book.
McClean tries an effort from outside the box, but doesn't catch it quite right and it trickles towards Hennessey in the Palace goal.
78'
P. van Aanholt has scored a goal for Crystal Palace! Assist by A. Townsend.
GOAL! Van Aanholt just about makes it 2-0 to Palace! Some lovely interplay involving several players sees the left-back one-on-one with Foster, and he takes it round the keeper before drilling it in with his right foot! Hegazi gets back to try and clear it away, and kicks it back into play, but it's already over the line and Cabaye thumped it in anyway to make sure!
Townsend gets the assist with the final pass, but the build-up play was excellent from all the players involved.
77'
CHANCE! McClean wriggles into some space on the left and plays an incisive one-two with Sturridge, racing onto the return pass and crossing to the penalty spot for Chadli, but the winger's touch is very heavy and the move breaks down!
Minute
Description
74'
SAVE! Benteke almost makes it 2-0 with a towering header from a Townsend cross, but Foster is equal to it!
73'
D. Sturridge enters the game and replaces J. Rodríguez.
Rodriguez is also taken off, as Sturridge comes on for his 200th career appearance.
72'
MISS! McClean works himself a yard and fires the ball across goal, but he's dragged it wide! Rodriguez was in the firing line though, and probably should have diverted it on target!
71'
H. Robson-Kanu enters the game and replaces S. Rondón.
Rondon is replaced by Robson-Kanu as West Brom search for an attacking spark.
70'
W. Zaha has scored a goal for Crystal Palace! Assist by P. van Aanholt.
GOAL! Palace are finally in front! And who else would it be but Zaha? Nyom fails to cut out Loftus-Cheek's plass to Van Aanholt, and the Dutchman's cross is turned in from six yards by Zaha! It's 1-0 to Palace!
Van Aanholt crossed back to the edge of the six-yard box, with Benteke occupying defenders and Zaha making a late run.
68'
J. McArthur gets yellow.
C. Benteke enters the game and replaces J. McArthur.
And that's McArthur's final contribution of the season, as he's replaced by Benteke.
Zaha slips the ball through for McArthur, who chases the ball alongside Brunt, before going down under challenge from the Baggies captain. The referee deems it a dive, however, and the player is furious as he's shown the yellow card.
65'
Loftus-Cheek dummies a pass cleverly, allowing it to run through for Van Aanholt behind him, but the left-back can't take it past his man. It's just not clicking for Palace in the final third.
62'
N. Chadli enters the game and replaces G. Krychowiak.
Krychowiak comes off for what is likely to be the last time in a West Brom shirt, with his loan deal from Paris Saint-Germain expiring. He is replaced by Chadli, who goes out to the right, freeing up Rodriguez to play alongside Rondon up front.
MISS! What a miss by Townsend!! Zaha glides through the centre of the field and squares for Townsend in acres of space on the left. All he has to do is hit the target, but he slips as he takes his shot and strikes it wide! How are Palace not in front?
61'
Townsend shifts through the gears as he bursts down the left following an interception by Loftus-Cheek, but his cross is very disappointing to the near post, giving Zaha no chance to challenge.
60'
Loftus-Cheek finds Van Aanholt down the line again, but his cross from deep is to nobody and Foster can catch unchallenged.
57'
MISS! Zaha has a golden chance to put Palace in front as he's found in the box by Van Aanholt, but his one-touch, poked finish spins wide of the far post! Great opportunity for the hosts, who really should be in front by now.
56'
SAVE! The free-kick is taken short and Zaha pulls it back to Loftus-Cheek, but his effort is too central and Foster hangs on!
55'
C. Dawson gets yellow.
Dawson finally receives a yellow card, this time for a trip from behind on Loftus-Cheek. That could easily have been a second yellow had he been booked for his first-half challenge on Milivojevic.
53'
Van Aanholt is played in down the line by Loftus-Cheek, and fires a cross in at the near post, but Hegazi is there to turn it behind for a corner - which comes to nothing.
49'
Brunt lines up the free-kick, but it's far too high and ends up nowhere near the target. Very poor effort.
48'
J. Tomkins gets yellow.
Tomkins goes flying into McClean on the edge of the box after a misplaced pass puts the hosts in trouble, and picks up a deserved yellow.
47'
Zaha slips the ball to Cabaye on the edge of the box, but the Frenchman declines to take on the first-time shot and instead tries to slalom through a sea of green shirts, before having the ball nicked off his toes.
46'
And West Brom get the game going again for the second half!
45' +2
C. Brunt gets yellow.
Brunt cleans Loftus-Cheek out as he spins away in midfield, and earns the first yellow card of the match for dumping him to the turf. That's the last action of the first half as the referee blows his whistle!
44'
Rondon chases a long ball forward that leaves the Palace defenders scrambling back, but Hennessey is alert again to race off his line and boot the ball clear. This half is petering to a close now.
43'
Hennessey is off his line quickly to collect the free-kick delivery, skipping up off the surface into the penalty area. He's not had a great deal to do so far.
42'
Milivojevic is hacked down again, this time by Krychowiak, who mistimes his tackle completely, and is lucky to get away without a yellow card.
41'
OFFSIDE! Rodriguez thinks he's clean through on goal, but he's just mistimed his run and the flag goes up for offside.
40'
Zaha races onto a long ball forward from Hennessey, and holds Dawson off well before bringing Loftus-Cheek into play, but the young midfielder is robbed of the ball as he tries to wriggle through.
38'
Milivojevic is on the receiving end of a very hefty challenge by Dawson, and is down holding his knee. He returns to his feet, but he's hobbling a litle.
37'
Of West Brom's midfield three, it's actually Krychowiak that is pushing forward to support Rondon, with Brunt and Livermire sitting deeper.
34'
Zaha jinks past a lazy challenge from Nyom, but he runs into Livermore, who stands his ground and wins the ball. Palace have backed the Baggies into their own half, but they just can't break them down.
31'
A clever passage of play down the Palace left almost sees Van Aanholt race clear into the box, but he's denied by a last-ditch tackle and West Brom clear away.
29'
McClean can't control as West Brom build well from the back and look to break forward at pace. Poor play there from the wide-man.
26'
MISS! Van Aanholt absolutley skies a shot from the edge of the box. He never looked set, and it probably wouldn't have gone in if there was another goal stacked on top of the first.
25'
Interestingly, West Brom's struggles going forward so far may be down to the fact that they are actually playing 4-5-1 today, with Rodriguez playing wide on the right, leaving Rondon up top on his own. Brunt has tucked into a midfield three, with McClean wide on the left.
24'
Palace win a succession of corners, but West Brom hold firm as the Eagles struggle to make their dominance count.
21'
Zaha finds a pocket of space on the edge of the box, but his first touch lets him down and Dawson is across quickly to clear it away! The tricky forward has had a few poor touches today, but he has the quality to make a difference in an instant.
17'
SAVE! Hegazi dawdles in the corner and Wan-Bissaka works hard to win it back, before playing it to McArthur in the box. The midfielder doesn't see Foster out of position and squares for Zaha, who doesn't connect cleanly with his strike, allowing a scrambling Foster to get back and make the save! Palace should absolutely be taking the lead there.
16'
Cabaye barges Krychowiak over on the halfway line, and they exchange a friendly handshake as the free-kick is given.
12'
MISS! West Brom win a corner as McClean's cross comes off Wan-Bissaka, and it's eventually screwed wide by the winger with a scruffy volley.
10'
MISS! West Brom get forward for the first time through Gibbs, and the ball is worked into the middle for Krychowiak, who hits a volley low, but just past the base of the near post! That was a well-struck effort by the Poland international.
9'
Van Aanholt is the recipient of a fantastic cross-field pass, but the left-back seems to take his eye off the ball for a moment and somehow fails to control it, seeing it bounce out of play!
7'
MISS! Zaha's ball down the left is worked well by Loftus-Cheek and Townsend, before being played into the midle for Milivojevic, who powers it across goal from the edge of the box, but it's just wide with Foster scrambling! Palace have been on top so far.
5'
Foster slips as he goes to gather a back-pass, to shouts of despair from the travelling faifthful, but he regains his footing just in time to clear it away from danger!
4'
SAVE! Zaha wriggles his hips and plays it to Townsend, who feeds McArthur and his snap-shot takes a deflection on the way through, but Foster hangs on!
2'
A miscommunication at the back for West Brom hands Palace a cheap corner, which is wasted as a short-corner routine doesn't come off.
1'
And we're off at Selhurst Park! Palace get the game underway!
The line-ups have been announced, and we'll start with the home side.
Hello and welcome to our LIVE coverage of the final-day Premier League fixture between Crystal Palace and West Brom at Selhurt Park.
Crystal Palace XI (4-4-2): Wayne Hennessey; Patrick van Aanholt, Mamadou Sakho, James Tomkins, Aaron Wan-Bissaka; Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Luka Milivojevic, Yohan Cabaye, James McArthur; Wilfried Zaha, Andros Townsend
Crystal Palace substitutes: Jairo Riedewald, Martin Kelly, Christian Benteke, Julian Speroni, Lee Chung-Yong, Jeffrey Schlupp, Pape Souare
West Brom XI (4-4-2): Ben Foster; Kieran Gibbs, Ahmed Hegazi, Craig Dawson, Allan Nyom; Chris Brunt, Grzegorz Krychowiak, Jake Livermore, James McClean; Salomon Rondon, Jay Rodriguez
West Brom substitutes: Sam Field, Boaz Myhill, Oliver Burke, Gareth McAuley, Daniel Sturridge, Hal Robson-Kanu, Nacer Chadli
Darren Moore also makes just one change in his final game as caretaker manager, as Krychowiak starts ahead of Matt Phillips, who misses out altogether.
Conversely, it was not so long ago that Palace's chances of survival were being written off after their historically poor start to the season - losing all of their first seven league games. However, Hodgson's appointment has guided them to 11th place, and they could even finish in the top half of the table with a win here today, assuming Newcastle fail to pick up three points. They become the first top-flight side in 100 years to lose their first seven games and avoid relegation.
Roy Hodgson makes just one change to the Eagles side that relegated Stoke City last time out, Wan-Bissaka coming in for injured right-back Joel Ward. He persists without a recognised striker as Zaha partners Townsend up front, leaving Benteke on the bench again.
Palace have dominated the game so far, but just haven't had the guile necessary to break West Brom down. After a bright opening 20 minutes that saw several Palace players force saves out of Foster, the half lost its energy and the pace of the game slowed down considerably. With the hosts safe and the Baggies already relegated, neither side have too much to play for here. It's 0-0 at half-time!
Palace dominated the match and finish the season on a high, winning and registering 44 points despite losing the first seven matches of the campaign in succession. Meanwhile, West Brom's unbeaten streak of five games under Moore comes to an end, as the Baggies bow out of the Premier League with a defeat here at Selhurst Park. Zaha and Van Aanholt grabbed the goals after 70 goalless minutes, and it finishes 2-0 to the Eagles!
