Rugani brings down Milinkovic-Savic right on the edge of the box. The Lazio midfielder tries his luck from the free-kick which is just left of centre, but his effort sails high over the bar. That should be that.

Penalty goal scored by Cristiano Ronaldo for Juventus!

G. Chiellini gets yellow.
Milinkovic-Savic is brought down late by Chiellini who clattered through the back of the Lazio midfielder. Milinkovic-Savic is the one to receive the yellow card, however.
Chiellini rather unsurprisingly also receives a yellow card for that incident with Milinkovic-Savic. It was not a great tackle.
78'
Juventus are piling on the pressure now and Cancelo looks to have been the spark that the visitors had been lacking. Radu is struggling to deal with the Portuguese international's pace down the right wing.

João Cancelo has scored a goal for Juventus!
GOAL! Juventus are back on level terms! Bernardeschi gets away from Wallace expertly down the left-hand side before picking his head up and sliding the play into the path of Dybala whose left-footed effort from the edge of the box is well saved by Strakosha. The substitute Cancelo is first to react to the loose ball and calmly slots the ball into the bottom left corner from the right side of the penalty area. Strakosha stood no chance with the follow-up effort. 1-1.
73'
D. Rugani gets yellow.
Rugani receives a yellow card for cynically fouling Immobile in Lazio’s own half.

70'
João Cancelo enters the game and replaces Douglas Costa.
M. De Sciglio gets yellow.
The visitors make their final change of the game as Costa makes way for Cancelo. 20 minutes to go.
De Sciglio is the latest player to go into the book after bringing down Alberto in the Lazio half. Juventus are looking increasingly frustrated.

57'
Immobile receives the ball on the edge of the box and looks to work the space to unleashe a strike at goal. His effort is deflected behind for a corner off Rugani. The delivery from the right is good and Bastos’ header deflects onto the roof of Szczeszny’s net off Ronaldo.
56'
Bastos brings the ball away for Lazio and goes on a surging run through the centre of the pitch. The defender spots the run of Parolo to his right but the Italian’s delivery into the box is headed clear by Rugani.
55'
Sandro this time gets away down the left flank and is given far too much room by Parolo to deliver a cross into the penalty area. Wallace is well placed on the penalty spot to head the ball away before Bentancur’s strike from distance is blocked by Lucas.

33'

Szczesny looks to clear the ball long in an attempt to create a few problems for the Lazio defence, but Ronaldo’s flick-on rolls straight through for Strakosha to claim.
29'
Juventus have really struggled to get their game going thus far in this one. Ronaldo, Costa and Dybala have seen very little of the ball in attacking areas of the field. Lazio have very much been on the front foot in the opening half an hour.

9'
Can battles with Correa for an aerial ball and the German is able to win the duel and send it down the field. Costa looks to flick it on but Wallace is there to intercept.

5'
Lucas looks to progress the play down the left-hand side but his attempted pass for Lulic is cut out by De Sciglio.
3'
The hosts have started very brightly in the opening few minutes. Lucas, Milinkovic-Savic and Alberto are seeing plenty of the ball. Parolo is looking to get in down the right-hand side but as of yet he has not been found.

Kick-off! Lazio get the game underway.
Hello and welcome to live match coverage of the Serie A fixture between Lazio and Juventus at Stadio Olimpico.
Lazio come into this clash looking to bounce back after their most recent defeat to Napoli. Juventus, meanwhile, saw off Chievo last time out to further strengthen their grip at the top of Serie A.
LAZIO (3-5-2): Thomas Strakosha; Bastos, Wallace, Stefan Radu; Marco Parolo, Sergej Milinkovic-Savic, Lucas Leiva, Luis Alberto, Senad Lulic; Joaquin Correa, Ciro Immobile.
JUVENTUS (4-3-3): Wojciech Szczesny; Mattia De Sciglio, Leonardo Bonucci, Daniele Rugani, Alex Sandro; Emre Can, Blaise Matuidi, Rodrigo Bentancur; Douglas Costa, Paulo Dybala, Cristiano Ronaldo.
LAZIO SUBS: Guido Guerrieri, Silvio Proto, Riza Durmisi, Alessandro Murgia, Danilo Cataldi, Pedro Neto, Milan Badelj, Valon Berisha, Felipe Caicedo.
JUVENTUS SUBS: Mattia Perin, Carlo Pinsoglio, Giorgio Chiellini, Joao Cancelo, Leonardo Spinazzola, Federico Bernardeschi, Moise Kean.
The hosts, who are currently sitting in 7th place, will be hoping that a win tonight will see them climb into the top four despite having won on only two occasions in their last nine Serie A fixtures. Juventus, on the other hand, are yet to suffer defeat in the league. The leaders have won 11 of their last 12 Serie A fixtures and will be looking to expand their lead at the top of the table with a victory today.
The teams are out and kick-off will soon be upon us here at Stadio Olimpico.
Juventus have been far from their best in that opening first half and can consider themselves lucky to be level at the break. Szczesny came to Juventus’s rescue on numerous occasions when he denied Correa from range after 19 minutes before later diving low to his right to stop Alberto’s powerful drive on 27 minutes. The pick of the bunch came when the Polish international denied Parolo at his near post 10 minutes before half time. Had it not been for some smart recovery defending by Rugani just before the break then Lazio could very well have been ahead.
Lazio have dominated from the very first whistle and have caused the visitors a whole host of problems. Correa has been very lively and Juventus have struggled to contain the Argentine in the opening half. Lazio will look to get him on the ball at every opportunity. As for Juventus, Ronaldo has looked very isolated. The visitors will need to get bodies close to their star striker if they are to cause Lazio any issues.
Lazio travel to Frosinone in their next league fixture as they look to bounce back from this defeat. Juventus, meanwhile, host Parma next time out in Serie A as they look to make it 12 wins from 13 games.
That brings an end to our coverage of the Serie A fixture between Lazio and Juventus at Stadio Olimpico. Thank you very much for joining us. Goodbye!
