Fekir catches Paredes late with a nasty challenge and is maybe fortunate that it is only a yellow card. Paredes is equally as fortunate to avoid an injury.
90' +1
It is all PSG as we enter the final two minutes of the three added on at the Groupama Stadium. Lyon have got every player back and now have 120 seconds to see through for a massive victory.
89'
J. Draxler gets yellow.
Draxler fouls his opponent to stop the break and is shown a yellow card late on.
88'
It is getting very tense now as Lyon drop deeper and deeper. PSG are perhaps looking for one pass too many, seeing countless attacks break down around the opposition box. The hosts could do with the full-time whistle!
86'
M. Diaby enters the game and replaces Juan Bernat.
Bernat makes way for Diaby with four minutes of normal time to play at the Groupama Stadium. Not many people will dare to leave the ground early!
84'
The chances, and indeed the shots from range, have dried up from PSG's perspective. Lyon have done a good job of keeping their opponents quiet and the finish line is now in sight.
82'
Lyon are being given frequent chances to hit their opponents on the counter. Some good goalkeeping from Areola prevents Dembele from bursting clean through on goal, as he races out of his box to get to the ball first.
81'
Dembele tries to send Cornet through but the offside flag goes up. There are less than 10 minutes to go now and the contest remains nicely in the balance, with PSG's unbeaten run in Ligue 1 looking as though it is about to come to an end.
79'
L. Paredes enters the game and replaces P. Kimpembe.
E. Choupo-Moting enters the game and replaces E. Cavani.
New signing Paredes is introduced in place of Kimpembe. Tuchel always planned to bring on Paredes at some point but that ideally would have been with his side ahead.
Choupo-Moting is brought on for Cavani in PSG's forward line. It has been a frustrating day for the visitors' attacking stars - can the incoming player have a big say on the match?
Minute
Description
78'
Di Maria, perhaps frustrated by his side's inability to create any clear-cut chances, shoots from range but gets it all wrong. Tuchel is finally about to turn to his bench, with PSG in need of some inspriation in the final third.
76'
M. Cornet enters the game and replaces B. Traoré.
Traore is the man to make way for Cornet in Lyon's second change of the contest. Tuchel has yet to turn to his bench, with less than 15 minutes of normal time now left to play.
75'
Lyon's players are starting to tire, explaining why gaps are opening up for PSG. No surprise to see Genesio ready Cornet to come on in what will likely be a like-for-like change with Traore.
74'
Di Maria finds Cavani in acres of space down the left but there are no options in the middle. PSG remain patient and knock the ball around, but they cannot work the shooting angle and a corner is all they have to show for this latest attack.
72'
MBAPPE SHOT SAVED! Mbappe drills a shot on target from close range but Lopes closes the near post off and makes the save with his feet. Cavani is not happy as he felt the ball could have been squared. Meanwhile, Tuchel has been told off by the referee for complaining about a decision that went against his side.
70'
The visitors have had 60 per cent of the ball in the second half. The game has a different feel to it now, with Lyon's players working double time to keep out their opponents.
67'
CHANCE! This has to go down as a good chance for Cavani. The Uruguay striker meets Di Maria's pass into the middle but cannot direct the ball past Lopes. Either side of the keeper and it would have been 2-2.
66'
For pretty much the first time today, the match has gone a little quiet. That will suit Lyon just fine as their opponents have been building pressure since falling a goal behind.
65'
L. Tousart enters the game and replaces H. Aouar.
Tousart is brought on to help protect the back four, taking over from Aouar in that area of the field.
64'
In complete contrast to the first half, Lyon scored first in the second period and have dropped off since then. The hosts are no longer offering an attacking threat, instead focusing solely on keeping out the opposition.
63'
BLOCK! Alves gets in a powerful shot which Mendy blocks behind for a corner - that may well have been flying in. Lyon are putting their bodies on the line, desperate to keep hold of their lead.
61'
PSG are starting to take control of the game, but they have not troubled Lyon a great deal over the last five minutes. Tuchel is holding off from turning to his bench - how he could do with injured forward Neymar around about now!
59'
SHOT! Mbappe is growing in influence, cutting inside from the left and striking a shot down the middle. The attempt lacks any sort of conviction, though, and Lopes is equal to it. Lyon look to counter but Traore trips over the ball.
58'
Lyon are closing their opponents down very well, barely giving the champions a chance to get the ball under control. The hosts were heavily beaten in the reverse fixture but they have been superb today and are deservedly in front.
56'
We have had a bit of everything in this gripping Ligue 1 encounter. There is still more than half an hour to play and Tuchel may well be considering his back-up options at this point.
55'
PSG KNOCKING ON THE DOOR! Mbappe has another shot kept out by Lopes. The ball comes back into the box and the Lyon keeper blocks it under his crossbar, with the technology confirming that the ball did not cross the line.
53'
MBAPPE DENIED BY LOPES! Mbappe sets himself up for the shot with a brilliant first touch and looks certain to score when the ball travels towards the corner of the net, but Lopes gets a hand to it to keep his side in front. We are seeing goalkeeping of the highest order today.
51'
GOOD STOP FROM LOPES! Lyon will no doubt have plenty of defending to do in the remaining 40 minutes or so of this contest. Draxler pulls the trigger but the home keeper races out and blocks the effort.
49'
Penalty goal scored by N. Fekir for Lyon!
GOOOOAAALLL!!! LYON 2-1 PSG! Fekir watches Areola dive towards his left and he tucks the ball the opposite way. Lyon lead PSG and it is no more than they deserve.
47'
Mendy tries to get past Alves down the PSG right but he knocks the ball against his own leg and it rolls straight out of play for a goal-kick.
46'
Lyon, who trail PSG by 16 points in Ligue 1 after playing two games more, get us back underway at the Groupama Stadium!
45' +2
HALF-TIME: LYON 1-1 PSG
45'
Cavani lifts the ball over Lopes but it has too much on it and ends well over the crossbar. It is turning into an end-to-end contest now as PSG have managed to wake from their slumber, but the half-time whistle is going to blow any second now.
41'
PSG are really struggling to keep hold of the ball, which is not like them at all. Lyon are not giving their opponents a second to breathe and they are looking the more likely to score the game's third goal before half-time.
39'
UNLUCKY! Dembele gets a cross into the middle and Aouar heads it on target. Areola, no doubt still kicking himself for his part in Lyon's equaliser, has a fairly straightforward catch to make.
37'
Lyon have had nine shots so far, six of those on target. Traore is unable to add to that tally when played into space in a right-sided position in the box, miscuing his shot from eight yards.
35'
So it is honours even in what has been an entertaining first half at the Groupama Stadium. PSG have looked pretty poor ever since they edged in front early on, focusing solely on defending in the 30 minutes since Di Maria found the back of the net.
33'
M. Dembélé has scored a goal for Lyon! Assist by L. Dubois.
Fekir played the ball down the right-hand channel and Dubois sent the ball into the six-yard box for Dembele to pounce on. Areola really should have been getting there first, though.
GOOOOAAALLLL!!! LYON 1-1 PSG! Areola has been phenomenal in the first 32 minutes of the match, but this has to go down as an error on his behalf. Dubois' cross from the right is a simple one to gather, but Areola loses his footing and Dembele gets to the ball first to power home a header from a few yards out.
32'
PSG lead with a little over 10 minutes to go until half-time, but the scoreline does not tell the entire story. Lyon have created numerous chances since going behind but have come up against an inspired keeper in Areola.
29'
Di Maria cuts out a stray pass and attempts to mount a counter, but Lyon get bodies back. The visitors do win themselves a contentious corner, though, which Draxler eventually crosses towards the front post for a simple clearance.
27'
P. Kimpembe gets yellow.
Kimpembe catches Fekir and is shown the game's first yellow card by experienced referee Clement Turpin.
25'
PSG are seriously holding on now. Lyon started slowly but have been dominant for a good 10 minutes, coming close on three or four occasions.
22'
GOOD SPELL FROM LYON! The home side are really starting to build some momentum now and they should be on level terms. Having come close through Traore and Dembele, Fekir pulls the trigger from range and nearly picks out the bottom corner. Areola gets the smallest of touches to the ball - the difference between 1-0 and 1-1.
20'
CLOSE! Dembele peels off the shoulder of Kimpembe but can only direct his close-range header wide of the opposition net. That is two big chances for Lyon in the space of a minute or so, neither of which they managed to make the most of.
16'
PSG are not forcing the issue, happy to knock the ball around as they patiently search for a second goal. The onus is on Lyon to get bodies forward but they are not really getting in their opponents' faces at the moment.
14'
WIDE! NDombele is given some room to get a shot away but he hits the ball into the ground and it goes wide of Areola's goal. I make that Lyon's first attempt of the contest - not a great one, in truth.
13'
Traore attempts to skip past Kimpembe but the defender stands his ground to concede a throw-in and nothing else. Lyon are slowly starting to build a little momentum but they need to offer a lot more if they are to find a way through.
11'
The home side are seeing plenty of the ball but they are not really doing a great deal with it. Fekir and Dembele exchange passes but this latest attack breaks down on the edge of the box, with Marquinhos turning over possession.
9'
Lyon's heads have dropped a little since Di Maria opened the scoring. The hosts have not really got going so far today, whereas PSG look as though they have a few goals in them.
7'
Á. Di María has scored a goal for PSG! Assist by J. Draxler.
Draxler showed both sides of his game there as he won the ball from Aouar just inside the Lyon half and then picked the right option by playing in Di Maria.
GOOOAAALLL!!! LYON 0-1 PSG! PSG open the scoring at the Groupama Stadium through Di Maria's fifth league goal of the season. Draxler takes the ball off Aouar and springs a four-on-three counter, slipping the ball to his left for Di Maria to pick his spot past Lopes.
6'
Alves tries to get in behind down the right but he is flagged for offside before he can chase down Silva's pass.
5'
Possession has been split near enough down the middle so far. Many expected a tight match and that is what we are getting - the big early chance for Mbappe aside, of course!
4'
Lyon have settled since that early scare, but it is still a worrying sign. It took just 60 seconds for the champions to get Mbappe through on goal, and the young striker should have buried the chance.

PSG, yet to be beaten in Ligue 1 this season, get us underway!
Hello and welcome to our live coverage of the Ligue 1 meeting between Lyon and Paris Saint-Germain at the Groupama Stadium.
PSG have won four league matches in a row since dropping points for just the second time this season in a 1-1 draw with Strasbourg on December 5, scoring 17 goals and conceding just once in that run. Thomas Tuchel’s men are 10 points better off than closest challengers Lille at the top of the Ligue 1 standings and have three games in hand to play, starting with this trip to third-place Lyon.
The hosts have won back-to-back league matches, either side of a Coupe de France victory over Amiens, but a recent run of three draws in a row means that they are left playing catch up on Lille and indeed PSG. Lyon have certainly made themselves hard to beat, though, having lost just one of their last 13 matches in the French top flight - that coming in a 2-0 defeat at home to Rennes on December 5.
LYON XI (4-2-3-1): Anthony Lopes; Leo Dubois, Marcelo, Jason Denayer, Ferland Mendy; Houssem Aouar, Tanguy NDombele; Bertrand Traore, Nabil Fekir (c), Memphis Depay; Moussa Dembele.
Lyon subs: Jeremy Morel, Martin Terrier, Mathieu Gorgelin, Maxwel Cornet, Kenny Tete, Lucas Tousart, Pape Cheikh.
PSG subs: Christopher Nkunku, Leandro Paredes, Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting, Thomas Meunier, Moussa Diaby, Stanley N'Soki, Gianluigi Buffon.
The two teams are now out on the field at the Groupama Stadium and we are moments away from kick-off.
PSG XI (4-4-2): Alphonse Areola; Thilo Kehrer, Thiago Silva (c), Presnel Kimpembe, Juan Bernat; Julian Draxler, Dani Alves, Marquinhos, Angel Di Maria; Edinson Cavani, Kylian Mbappe.
There is also just the one change for PSG on the back of their comfortable 4-1 win over Rennes seven days ago. That alteration comes in goal, with Areola being restored between the sticks in place of veteran stopper Buffon - the Frenchman's 11th league start of the season. There is still no Neymar for the visitors, as will be the case for another couple of months, so Tuchel again goes with Cavani and Mbappe in tandem up top and fields Di Maria and Draxler in attacking midfield. New signing Paredes is among the subs.
The sides go into half-time all square at 1-1, but there could easily have been seven or eight goals in that thrilling first half. Di Maria fired PSG ahead seven minutes in after Mbappe had missed a good chance inside the opening 60 seconds, but Lyon dominated the next half an hour and squandered numerous opportunities - or, rather, Areola kept them all out. The keeper lost his footing when trying to collect a cross from Dubois 33 minutes in, however, and Dembele took advantage by powering home a header for a deserved leveller.
Despite being on top for most of the first half, Lyon could easily have gone into half-time a goal down as they required a phenomenal goal-line clearance from Denayer shortly before the interval. Fingers crossed for more of the same in the remaining 45 minutes!
Thanks for joining our coverage today. Until next time, goodbye!
Tuchel's side can have few complaints as Areola's heroics kept them in the game prior to the goals from Dembele and Fekir either side of half-time. The champions have a chance to respond when they play host to Bordeaux next weekend, but first is a Coupe de France tie against lower-league opposition Villefranche on Wednesday - a day before Lyon travel to Guingamp in the last 16 of the same competition.
