Willian darts between two players and is felled by Anguissa to win his side a free-kick. Two minutes of added time have been played - Chelsea are very nearly over the line. What a big win this would be for Sarri.
89'
Bryan suffers a facial injury that require some treatment. The physios are on the field - this could eat up a couple of minutes, though his safety obviously comes first.
87'
This has been a good effort from Fulham, and Parker will argue that his side deserve a share of the spoils, but they have ultimately come up short. Can the hosts create one last chance?
86'
Loftus-Cheek rides two challenges but he is unable to pull the trigger in front of goal as he loses his balance. Chelsea could do with a third goal just to settle the nerves a little.
85'
Chambers gets the run on Christensen but he can only direct the ball towards Kepa, who is grateful to collect. Christensen appears to have been hurt in that aerial challenge, but he will be OK to continue.
83'
Kovacic is unhappy with the referee's decision to award a free-kick against him for handball. Fulham have a chance to launch the ball forward, which they have not done for a while.
82'
Fulham have been unable to sustain the pressure they had been steadily building, not helped by the constant stoppages in play. To Chelsea's credit, they have done well to take the sting out of the match and they are now on the brink of back-to-back wins.
80'
L. Vietto enters the game and replaces T. Cairney.
Cairney came as close as anyone to finding a way through for Fulham in this second half with his shot from 25 yards a little earlier. The skipper makes way for Vietto as we enter the final10 minutes.
78'
R. Loftus-Cheek enters the game and replaces R. Barkley.
Loftus-Cheek comes on for Barkley in Chelsea's third and final change of the day. Sarri has taken the sting out of the match with his subs.
Minute
Description
77'
Fulham are prepared to take risks, knowing that time is fast running out for them to find an equaliser. The hosts have had the better of things in this second period and they will not give up hope of finding a way through for a second time today.
76'
Following a prolonged spell of Fulham pressure, Chelsea turn over possession and hit their opponents on the counter. Willian's powerful drive at the end of the move is blocked in front of goal.
74'
Pedro enters the game and replaces E. Hazard.
Hazard, who has looked tired in the second half, makes way for Pedro in a straight swap up top.
73'
FULHAM TURNING THE SCREW! The hosts work the corner to Bryan on the edge of the area. The full-back tries to place the ball into the corner, but Kepa gets to it. From the next attack, Cairney bulldozes his way through on goal but Rudiger makes a last-ditch recovery challenge to thwart him before he can shoot
71'
F. Ayité enters the game and replaces R. Babel.
Babel, who picked up an injury a couple of minutes ago, is replaced by Ayite. Momentum is very much on Fulham's side as we enter the final quarter of the game.
68'
M. Kovačić enters the game and replaces Jorginho.
Kovacic is brought on with a little over 20 minutes to play. Rather than the usual change, though, it is Jorginho who makes way and not Barkley.
A cross towards the back post is met by Mitrovic, but he can only head the ball into the ground and wide of the target. Sarri appears to be readying Kovacic to come on.
67'
KEPA KEEPS OUT CAIRNEY! Cairney controls the ball with his first touch, knocks it in front of him with his second and forces Kepa into a smart save down to his left with his third. Fulham are building some momentum now as they search for a second equaliser of the day.
65'
Sessegnon is given space to run into down the right. Rather than attempting to take on his man, he looks for Mitrovic in the middle and the ball is cut out.
64'
Mitrovic's shot a few minutes ago was Fulham's first attempt of the second half, compared to six for Chelsea. The hosts are enjoying their best spell for quite some time now, however, earning a corner through Barkley's clearance.
62'
F. Anguissa enters the game and replaces K. McDonald.
McDonald is replaced by Anguissa in Fulham's first change of the match, giving Fulham something a little different in midfield.
61'
Jorginho gets yellow.
Sessegnon has too much pace for Jorginho, who feels he has little choice but to bring the youngster down.
60'
MITROVIC COMES CLOSE! Babel shows good footwork to drift away from a couple of Chelsea players. His intended throughball for Sessegnon is cut out by Christensen, but Mitrovic latches on to the loose ball and fires a shot from range inches over the crossbar.
58'
CHANCE! Jorginho looks a little unhappy with the lack of movement in front of him. Hazard takes matters into his own hands by bursting past his man and driving a cross right through the box, which is crying out for a player in blue to help it over the line.
56'
Fulham have offered very little attacking threat in this second half. Mitrovic has barely touched the ball and Sessegnon is not involved in the game, despite swapping flanks. There is still just the one goal in it, though, so this one is far from over with more than half an hour to play.
54'
PENALTY APPEAL! Kante's cross hits Ream's hand but Chelsea's shout for a penalty is turned down by the referee Graham Scott. That appears to be a good call - there was not enough time for Ream to move his arm away.
53'
INTO THE SIDE-NETTING! Chelsea appear to be closing in on a third goal, which would surely extinguish Fulham's hopes of earning something from the match. Willian is played in over the top and he beats the offside trap, but his powerful shot hits the side-netting. The Brazil forward took the wrong option there.
51'
K. McDonald gets yellow.
McDonald joins midfield team-mate Chambers in being shown a yellow card for his trip on Willian in the centre of the field.
RICO ALMOST CAUGHT OUT! It is incredible how much time Willian and Azpilicueta are being given down Chelsea's right. Willian decides to have a go at goal, despite the angle being against him, and Rico makes a bit of a meal of it. The save is made but Higuain pounces on the loose ball, though he is unable to really do much with it.
50'
Parker did not make any changes at the interval, but he has tweaked his system slightly by moving Sessegnon onto the right-hand side and Babel on the left.
49'
SAVE! Chelsea have started the second half with a bit of swagger to their play. Following some quick passing the ball is switched to Hazard on the left, and the forward cuts inside before testing Rico with a low shot. It is a save the Fulham keeper was always expected to make.
46'
Chelsea, who are on course to end their poor run of away form, get us back underway in the English capital!
45' +3
HALF-TIME: FULHAM 1-2 CHELSEA
44'
The free-kick is a pretty poor one, with Chelsea standing strong and clearing the ball. Just one minute of normal time remains at the end of the first half.
43'
Babel tries to get in behind down the right but Christensen steps across to win the ball. From their next attack. Mitrovic is kicked by Emerson and Fulham are awarded a free-kick just inside the Chelsea half, which Odoi will launch into the box.
41'
Emerson gets his head to the ball before Babel can meet it. Fulham are getting into some promising positions but the final ball is too often lacking.
40'
RICO MAKES THE SAVE! Fulham give the ball away and Hazard very nearly makes them pay. The Belgium forward breaks into the area and finds the target with his low shot, but Rico makes a good stop.
38'
Chelsea have slowed the tempo of the match over the past couple of minutes. The visitors have had 66 per cent of the ball so far and have already had nine shots, two of those on target. Higuain could also have added another couple of goals to his tally.
36'
Willian drifts in from the right and helps to create some space for Hazard, whose shot is blocked by Ream. This game is still incredibly open - there will definitely be more goals in this one.
34'
Better from Fulham as a well-worked move ends with Odoi shooting wide of the target from just outside of the box.
33'
HIGUAIN SHOULD SCORE! Yet again, a pretty straightforward pass over the top catches out Fulham's disjointed backline. Higuain collects Jorginho's pass and belts the ball over the crossbar with just Rico to beat - he could have had a few goals already.
31'
Jorginho has scored a goal for Chelsea! Assist by E. Hazard.
Hazard cut inside from the left and it looked certain that he was going to bend the ball into the far corner. His decision to lay it off for Jorginho 18 yards out proved to be a good choice, though.
GOOOOOAAALLL!!! FULHAM 1-2 CHELSEA! Just like that, Chelsea regain the lead at Craven Cottage. Jorginho may not be a fan favourite, but this is a superb finish, placing the ball out of Rico's reach after being teed up by Hazard on the edge of the box.
29'
It has to be said, that Fulham equaliser was deserved. There has not been a great deal between the sides in the opening half an hour and now we have a game on our hands. The home fans are well up for this one, making plenty of noise over the past few minutes.
27'
C. Chambers has scored a goal for Fulham! Assist by R. Babel.
Babel's cross was a good one, but Chelsea only have themselves to blame for this goal. Chambers is given all the time and space in the world to volley the ball home.
GOOOOOAAALLLL!!! FULHAM 1-1 CHELSEA! A little over five minutes after falling a goal behind, Fulham hit back through Chambers. It comes about following some atrocious defending from the visitors, as Chambers drifts towards the back post totally unmarked and volleys Babel's cross past Kepa from the edge of the six-yard box.
24'
Fulham have a little more urgency about them now following Higuain's opening goal. Rico, at fault for both of Southampton's goals in midweek, miscues his clearance but he just about gets away with it.
22'
C. Chambers gets yellow.
Chambers fouls Willian to halt a Chelsea counter, earning himself the game's first yellow card as a result.
20'
G. Higuaín has scored a goal for Chelsea! Assist by César Azpilicueta.
GOOOOAAALLL!!! FULHAM 0-1 CHELSEA! Higuain scores the type of goal he was brought in score, getting ahead of his marker and finishing past Rico with a low shot. Azpilicueta is played in by Willian on the overlap and his cross is in the perfect zone for Higuain to attack it eight yards out. A well-worked Chelsea goal.
Azpilicueta did well to power down the right-hand side and pick out the run of Higuain in the middle. Credit to Willian, too, for using his team-mate's run.
19'
KEPA GETS AWAY WITH IT! Emerson does well to block the cross from coming in out on the right. Fulham's build-up play is very patient and a cross is finally played in from deep. It should be a routine catch for Kepa but he spills it - thankfully for him Babel had already turned his back.
17'
Poor defending from Fulham, and Nordtveit in particular, as Higuain gets in behind. The ball over the top from Jorginho is overhit, though, and he is unable to keep it in play.
16'
Higuain is picked out in the middle and, unlike a little earlier in the game, he manages to get a shot away on this occasion. However, his shot on the turn is blocked before it can reach the target.
14'
Willian has a low shot blocked after cutting inside. Fulham have invited a little too much pressure on themselves early on but they are now enjoying a spell on the ball.
13'
Hazard is popping up in some dangerous positions. The Chelsea forward's clipped pass is nearly met by Higuain, but it has a little too much on it and Ream is able to see it out.
10'
It has been an open start to proceedings at Craven Cottage. Chelsea have been on top in terms of possession, but Fulham have also got forward and arguably had the best chance of the match so far, which Cairney was unable to make the most of.
8'
Higuain is picked out in space inside the box - never a good thing for opponents - but he takes too long to shoot and Fulham manage to clear.
7'
GOOD BLOCK! Fulham hit their opponents on the counter and create a good opportunity for an unmarked Cairney, whose first-time shot from 12 yards is blocked by Azpilicueta. The follow-up attempt from Bryan is well hit and has Kepa a little worried, but it ends wide of the target.
5'
HALF A CHANCE! Bryan catches Willian late and a free-kick is awarded out on the Chelsea right. Willian's cross is cleared as far as Kante on the edge the box and, after his initial shot is blocked, it is worked to Hazard. The Belgian's cross is a good one and Higuain should be doing better than glancing wide of the target from close range.
3'
Willian rolls the ball down the line to the overlapping Azpilicueta, whose cross into the box is pretty weak. Chelsea, as expected, are seeing plenty of the ball in the early stages.
2'
Hazard gets on the ball early on and exchanges passes with Higuain, but the return ball has a little too much on it and Fulham deal with the danger.

Fulham get this West London derby underway! Can the hosts pull off a big shock to revive their survival hopes?
Hello and welcome to our live coverage of the Premier League meeting between Fulham and Chelsea at Craven Cottage.
Chelsea head into this West London derby on the back of a much-needed victory over Tottenham in midweek, seeing off their top-four rivals 2-0 at Stamford Bridge to ease some of the pressure on manager Maurizio Sarri. The Italian has seen his future called into question in recent weeks on the back of a poor run of form, which includes three successive away league defeats by an aggregate score of 12-0, but supporters will hope that a corner has now been turned.
Sarri's side are five points adrift of fourth-place Manchester United, but this is the first of two games in hand. Chelsea are strong favourites to come away from Craven Cottage with all three points today, with their neighbours in a bit of a rut following four defeats on the spin and eight defeats in their last nine in all competitions. The 2-0 loss to fellow strugglers Southampton in midweek cost Claudio Ranieri his job, and it is now down to Scott Parker to revive Fulham's slim survival hopes as they are 10 points adrift of safety with 10 games to go.
FULHAM XI (4-2-3-1): Sergio Rico; Denis Odoi, Havard Nordtveit, Tim Ream, Joe Bryan; Calum Chambers, Kevin McDonald; Ryan Babel, Tom Cairney (c), Ryan Sessegnon; Aleksandar Mitrovic.
Fulham subs: Luciano Vietto, Cyrus Christie, Fabri, Floyd Ayite, Andre-Frank Zambo Anguissa, Jean Michael Seri, Maxime Le Marchand.
CHELSEA XI (4-3-3): Kepa Arrizabalaga; Cesar Azpilicueta (c), Antonio Rudiger, Andreas Christensen, Emerson Palmieri; N'Golo Kante, Jorginho, Ross Barkley; Willian, Gonzalo Higuain, Eden Hazard.
Chelsea subs: Mateo Kovacic, Willy Caballero, Olivier Giroud, Callum Hudson-Odoi, Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Pedro, David Luiz.
The two teams are now out on the field at Craven Cottage and we are moments away from kick-off.
Chelsea had further chances to effectively kill off the match before the midway point, but Rico produced a couple of good saves to keep out Hazard and Higuain, the latter missing a near identical chance to the one he scored from earlier in the match. Sarri will be happy with his side's overall display so far, and opposite number Parker will also take positives from the first half. A big 45 minutes awaits at Craven Cottage.
With their campaign now back on track, Chelsea turn focus to the Europa League next Thursday as they face Dynamo Kiev in the first leg of their last-16 first leg at Stamford Bridge, before playing host to Wolves a few days later in the Premier League. Fulham, who remain 10 points from safety with nine games now left to play, face Leicester City in their next league match six days from now.
Thanks for joining our coverage today. Until next time, goodbye!
