Four minutes down, one to go for Juventus! They are on the brink of a memorable victory that will send them through to the quarter-finals at Atletico's expense. Chiellini goes down and rolls around a few times after being barged in the back. He claims Correa booted him - he didn't.
90' +3
Can wins Juventus a corner on the right-hand side and then buys his team a corner. Juventus have seen out close to three of the five added-on minutes with minimal fuss.
90' +1
Vitolo gets yellow.
Atletico had kept five consecutive clean sheets heading into this match, but they have been unable to live with Juventus' attacking players. Koke, one of many Atletico players to have lost his head, takes out Ronaldo to earn a yellow card.
90'
The fourth official has indicated that we will play an additional five minutes. There can be no extra time now - either Juventus or Atletico will be going through in normal time. Atleti look to be the side heading out, unable to really get hold of the ball in the opposition half.
89'
With four minutes of the 180 left to play, Juventus lead for the first time in this gripping tie. All of a sudden it is Atletico who are chasing a goal, which would almost certainly send them through on away goals should it arrive.
87'
Ronaldo has scored eight Champions League hat-tricks, the joint-most in the competition alongside Lionel Messi. Incredibly enough, some had questioned his impact at Juve on the back of the 2-0 first-leg loss. No questions can be asked after this!
86'
J. Giménez gets yellow.
Penalty goal scored by Cristiano Ronaldo for Juventus!
Gimenez is booked for dissent. The VAR check shows that the referee Bjorn Kuipers, heavily involved today, was correct to award the penalty.
GOOOOAAALLL!!! JUVENTUS 3-0 ATLETICO! Ronaldo sends the ball into the bottom left, the opposite way that Oblak dived, to complete this remarkable comeback. Yet another Champions League treble for the Juventus forward. Juventus are heading through!
81'
Bernardeschi takes the wrong choice as a promising Juve attack ends without a shot arriving. Any sort of mistake at either end of the field now will surely prove decisive.
80'
M. Kean enters the game and replaces M. Mandžukić.
Exciting teenage forward Kean takes over from Mandzukic, who looks shattered as he leaves the pitch.
Minute
Description
79'
Good goalkeeping from Szczesny, who comes off his line to pluck Griezmann's free-kick out of the air. Juventus are about to make another change.
78'
There is no doubt that Juventus have lost their way since Spinazzola left the field. Atletico have weathered the storm, though it has come at a cost as they have seen their two-goal lead from the first leg slip away. Extra time will be played unless there is a goal in the next 11 minutes.
77'
Vitolo enters the game and replaces S. Arias.
Atletico boss Simeone makes his second change by bringing on Vitolo for Arias.
76'
Koke lofts a deep free-kick into the Juventus box, but it is a simple one for the home side to deal with. Atletico focused so much on defending in the first half that they have forgotten how to attack. I can barely remember mentioning the names of Morata or Griezmann since the restart.
74'
CHANCE! Oblak goes with a two-man wall, which Pjanic lofts the ball over. Mandzukic makes contact with the cross under pressure from Godin at the back post, but it hits his thigh and goes behind for a goal-kick.
73'
Juanfran gets yellow.
Allegri is speaking to a few of his players to try to solve the confusion over who should be filling in at left-back. Bernardeschi, Matuidi and Can have all had a go - it looks as though the latter will stay there until full-time.
Juanfran steps into the path of Ronaldo to halt the Juventus forward's run and earn himself a deserved yellow card.
72'
Juventus have looked a little disjointed since Dybala came on. Not that their shape matters when Ronaldo is on the ball - the Portugal forward slaloms past a couple of players but Oblak collects the loose ball.
70'
This is pretty embarrassing from Chiellini as he throws himself to the ground after Morata lays a hand on him. Morata should not have bit, so to speak, but that is poor from the experienced Juventus defender, trying to get his opponent sent off.
68'
Bernardeschi looks as though he will slot in at left-back, with Dybala joining Mandzukic and Ronaldo in attack. Allegri is taking a massive risk with that substitution. Will fortune favour the brave?
67'
P. Dybala enters the game and replaces L. Spinazzola.
Spinazzola has been a key player for Juventus down the left-hand side today, contributing to wave after wave of attacks. Dybala is brought on in his place, possibly meaning a chance of tactics.
65'
Both teams have been guilty of some niggling fouls since Ronaldo's second goal, not helping with the flow of the match. Dybala appears to be getting ready to enter the fray.
64'
F. Bernardeschi gets yellow.
Bernardeschi is shown the game's first yellow card for catching Arias. The tempo has dropped ever so slightly over the past five minutes.
62'
Correa goes it alone after being invited to take on the shot from range by Chiellini. The ball is not hit cleanly and spins wide of the target, watched all the way by Szczesny.
61'
With 150 minutes of the two-legged tie played, there is nothing to separate the sides. There is no doubt who the momentum is with, however, as Juventus are the team looking the more likely to find a winner. The home fans are creating a superb atmosphere.
59'
Atletico try to hit their opponents on the counter after defending Ronaldo's free-kick. Correa wins his battle with Matuidi on the halfway line, but Cancelo races across the pitch to halt the substitute's run. The referee pulls play back for a handball offence.
58'
Gimenez lunges in on Ronaldo to concede a free-kick around 25 yards from goal. It has enough of an angle for Ronaldo to send the ball either to Oblak's left or right, but instead he belts it straight into the wall.
57'
Á. Correa enters the game and replaces T. Lemar.
Here comes that first Atletico change as Lemar, barely involved all match, is replaced by Correa.
56'
This Juventus pressure is pretty relentless - Atletico are going to struggle to see out the next half an hour without conceding another. Simeone is readying his first change of the match, sensing his side are at risk of being dumped out.
54'
FREE HEADER! Atletico are desperately holding on now. Juventus are enjoying themselves out wide and each cross looks like it could be the one that completes the comeback for Juventus. A free header for Bernardeschi goes begging, as he fails to pick out the target with his glancing effort.
51'
That really was a terrific header from Ronaldo, getting enough power on the ball to ensure Oblak was unable to keep it out. Another cross comes into the box, which this time has a little too much on it for a Juventus player to convert.
49'
Cristiano Ronaldo has scored a goal for Juventus! Assist by João Cancelo.
This was a good delivery from Cancelo, who has been very good down the right today. In fairness, all the full-back had to do was clip the ball into the zone Ronaldo was occupying and wait for his team-mate to do the rest.
GOOOOAAALLL!!! JUVENTUS 2-0 ATLETICO! It's that man again!! Ronaldo once again gets between two Atletico defenders and heads Cancelo's right-sided cross towards goal. Oblak appears to pull off an incredible save to scoop the ball away from his line, but the referee's watch indicates that it crossed the line.
47'
Like in the first half, Juventus have come out of the traps the quickest. Cancelo fizzes in a cross towards Mandzukic, which the Croatia striker cannot quite connect with. Arias glances is out of play.
46'
Atletico, who it must be remembered are heading through as things stand, get us back up and running at the Allianz Stadium!
45' +3
HALF-TIME: JUVENTUS 1-0 ATLETICO
45' +2
FIRST SIGHT OF GOAL FOR MORATA! Morata peels away from Chiellini and Bonucci but he cannot direct Saul's cross on target, instead sending it over the crossbar. That is near enough the visitors' only chance of the second leg so far.
45' +1
The home side are asking all of the questions as we enter the first of two added-on minutes at the end of the first half.
45'
HELPED OVER BY OBLAK! Juventus are seriously knocking on the door now at the end of a first half that has truly flown by. Chiellini nods the ball into the ground and over the crossbar, with Oblak helping it on its way out of play. That is a smart stop from the Atletico goalkeeper, though one you would expect him to make.
44'
CHANCE FOR RONALDO! Ronaldo, the king of towering headers such as this, gets above Gimenez and Godin to meet Spinazzola's cross. Having done the hard work, though, his header ends wide of the target.
43'
For all of Atletico's possession over the last five minutes, they did not come close to testing Szczesny. Ultimately, though, they are another five minutes closer to picking up the result they are after.
42'
Can and Chiellini both make a mess of simple clearances, which Atletico cannot take advantage of. The hosts have dropped off massively in the closing stages of the first half, with tiredness perhaps a factor following their high-tempo showing in the opening 35 minutes.
41'
Lemar powers down the left but is stopped in his tracks by Cancelo, who has done a lot more attacking than defending in this first half. By attacking their opponents, Atletico's backline have had a good four or five minutes of doing nothing.
39'
Atletico win the ball back and decide to commit some bodies forward. It is worked to Koke down the right and then back to Rodrigo, but he is unable to pick out one of Griezmann or Morata in the middle. This is a lot better from Simeone's side.
37'
Atletico have started pressing Juventus high up the pitch again, which is a tactic that works well for them. Once they drop off and invite pressure on themselves, Juve look far more likely to score. The hosts have seen 68 per cent of the ball so far.
35'
AUDACIOUS ATTEMPT! Bernardeschi, with an assist to his name already today, looks full of confidence. The winger watches Spinazzola's left-sided cross all the way and attempts a bicycle-kick inside the box that flies a yard wide.
31'
JUST OVER! Juventus win a free-kick 23 yards from goal and it is Bernardeschi, not Ronaldo, who takes it on. The ball is sent over the wall and inches over the crossbar to Oblak's relief. The home side have plenty of momentum on their side in this absorbing tie.
29'
Atletico, annoyed that a handball infringement went unpunished in the build-up to Ronaldo's goal, win a free-kick on the left-hand side. Griezmann floats it in but Szczesny makes the catch look easy - mainly because it was easy!
27'
Cristiano Ronaldo has scored a goal for Juventus! Assist by F. Bernardeschi.
GOOOOAAALLL!!! JUVENTUS 1-0 ATLETICO! Ronaldo, who has been far from his best in this season's Champions League by his standards - he had just one goal all campaign before today - gives Juve the breakthrough goal they craved. Bernardeschi clips a ball towards the back post and Ronaldo outjumps Juanfran to head it past Oblak.
Bernardeschi drifted inside from the left and spotted Ronaldo making a run towards the back post. It is the type of goal we have become so used to Mandzukic scoring, but Ronaldo also has it in his locker.
26'
Godin and Rodrigo go for the same ball and it falls kindly for Spinazzola to strike, but he gets his effort all wrong.
25'
The final ball is lacking for Juventus, with Atletico looking pretty comfortable now after weathering the early storm. The visitors are becoming a little more adventurous, too, enjoying a sustained spell on the ball in the opposition half over the past couple of minutes. Griezmann's powerful strike is palmed away by Szczesny, but Morata is stood in an offside position and the flag goes up.
23'
OVER! Atletico get a rare shot away through Koke, but Szczesny is happy to watch the long-ranger sail over the crossbar. Juventus come again, though Ronaldo's cross is right at Oblak.
22'
Godin gets on the end of Juve's latest cross into the middle. Prior to that, Griezmann of all players was back to tackle Ronaldo, who has not really been as involved as he would have liked.
21'
Juve are constantly looking to the wide areas now, where Cancelo and Spinazzola are finding some space - mainly because Atletico seem happy for crosses to come into the box. Bernardeschi has another attempt at goal, this time blocked before it can reach Oblak.
19'
Atletico are not really interested in hitting their opponents on the counter. It is all about getting 11 players behind the ball, refusing to give their opponents an inch. Juve's best route through on goal appears to be via their full-backs.
17'
SAVE! Pjanic swings the ball in from the right but Koke is there to help out. Griezmann also gets back to halt a Juventus attack just inside his own box - incredible defensive display from the visitors. Bernadeschi is forced into a shot from range, which is aimed right at Oblak.
15'
It has been all Juventus in the opening 15 minutes, as was expected. They are up to 71 per cent possession, but they have not managed a shot on target yet - a legal one, at least, as Chiellini's strike was ruled out early on for an infringement.
13'
Juventus, feeling hard done by following that early VAR call that went against them, are furious that a corner is not awarded. However, Koke defended Cancelo's cross well and the final touch came off the home player.
12'
The ball is sprayed across to Cancelo, who takes his eye off it and watches it trickle out of play. Allegri's men are playing a high-tempo game, though the question is just how long can they keep this up?
11'
Juventus are happy to take risks, throwing a number of players forward to get on the end of a cross, but the pass from Cancelo is poor and Oblak is able to collect. Up the other end, Arias overhits his cross towards Griezmann and Morata.
9'
Oblak is jeered as he takes his time over a goal-kick. The visitors are looking very compact at the back after surviving that early scare.
8'
There was one minute and 40 seconds between Chiellini bundling in the loose ball and the referee ruling it out. It was a huge call from the officials, and one that they - in my opinion - got correct. Juve are well on top in these early stages.
4'
BLOCK! The ball is pulled back to Matuidi, who is left in some space 15 yards from goal. The midfielder's effort is decent enough, but it hits Godin in front of goal.
2'
Is there a side on the planet better suited to holding onto a two-goal lead than Atletico? Juventus have their work cut out today but they have made a positive start in front of their vociferous supporters.

Italian champions Juventus get us underway in Turin!
Hello and welcome to our live coverage of the Champions League last-16 second leg between Juventus and Atletico Madrid at the Allianz Stadium.
Atletico are looking to protect a 2-0 lead from a dramatic first leg that came to life late on. The Spanish side were denied a penalty and then had an Alvaro Morata goal ruled out by VAR, before scoring twice in five minutes towards the end of the match through central-defensive duo Jose Gimenez and Diego Godin, leaving them as the favourites to advance to the quarters in this heavyweight tussle.
Juventus are 18 points clear at the top of Serie A and are almost certain to maintain their domestic dominance, but their season - and possibly manager Massimiliano Allegri's future - hinges on today's result. Juve, like opponents Atletico, have come within 90 minutes of winning this competition in recent years, but they require a vastly improved performance if they are to make amends for their first-leg collapse and keep their journey alive. However, Atleti are the opponent Juve have faced the most times in the Champions League without ever winning or scoring. Not a great omen!
JUVENTUS XI (4-3-3): Wojciech Szczesny; Joao Cancelo, Leonardo Bonucci, Giorgio Chiellini (c), Leonardo Spinazzola; Emre Can, Miralem Pjanic, Blaise Matuidi; Federico Bernardeschi, Mario Mandzukic, Cristiano Ronaldo.
Juventus subs: Rodrigo Bentancur, Martin Caceres, Paulo Dybala, Mattia Perin, Moise Kean, Daniele Rugani, Hans Nicolussi Caviglia.
Atletico subs: Vitolo, Antonio Adan, Stefan Savic, Francisco Montero, Angel Correa, Mikel Carro, Nikola Kalinic.
The two teams are now out on the field at the Allianz Stadium and we are moments away from kick-off.
ATLETICO XI (4-4-2): Jan Oblak; Santiago Arias, Jose Gimenez, Diego Godin (c), Juanfran; Koke, Rodrigo, Saul Niguez, Thomas Lemar; Alvaro Morata, Antoine Griezmann.
Allegri will be confident of his side creating further chances in the second half, though they cannot afford to be quite so profligate. The home team's tactics have worked very well so far and there is no real reason to change things at the interval. Atletico boss Simeone, though, may well look to tinker with his personnel before the second half gets underway.
Juventus are now in the proverbial hat for Friday's quarter-final draw. Focus turns back to their Serie A campaign for now, though, with a trip to Genoa on Sunday to prepare for. As for Atletico, who will not have the chance to play in the Champions League final at their own ground, they travel to Athletic Bilbao on Saturday in their final LaLiga outing before a two-week break.
Thanks for joining our coverage today. Until next time, goodbye!
