Lossl has gone forward for a Huddersfield corner, but West Ham block Mounie's header and the goalkeeper is now out of position. The Hammers can't make the most of the situation, though, and both Billing and Lowe have further attempts on goal, but they're also blocked. Neither side has any control over this game.

J. Hernández has scored a goal for West Ham United! Assist by Felipe Anderson.
GOAAAL! 4-3 WEST HAM! It's heartbreak for Huddersfield as the Hammers find the winner! Felipe Anderson sends Cresswell's short corner into the box and Hernandez has a simple headed finish. The super-sub has netted a brace!
Felipe Anderson's cross was perfect once more for Hernandez, but Lossl aided the situation as he rushed off his line to claim it, but got nowhere near the ball.
89'
Huddersfield have looked dangerous on their left all game and Mooy, again, finds space in the box, but his attempted cross is blocked for a corner, which Zabaleta heads away.
86'
Jan Siewert will be thoroughly disappointed that Huddersfield have thrown away a 3-1 lead in the space of nine minutes. They've been far too passive since scoring their third and West Ham have taken full advantage of all the possession they've been afforded.
84'
J. Hernández has scored a goal for West Ham United! Assist by S. Nasri.
Nasri's assist was wonderful and his cross into Hernandez was absolutely pinpoint perfect.
GOAAAL! 3-3! This has been an extraordinary game! Nasri on the right side whipped a wonderful ball into the box and Hernandez, as he's done so often in the past, stooped low to guide his header back across goal for his 51st Premier League goal.
83'
Huddersfield have every player back behind the ball as West Ham desperately try to create an opening. Nasri is the latest to try with a long pass into Cresswell and the left-back's cross is blocked.
79'
Felipe Anderson sends his free-kick straight into the wall and Billing, who gave it away initially, makes the block.
78'
P. Billing gets yellow.
Billing goes into the book and is shown a yellow card for a needless foul.
77'
Cresswell fires a cross across the six-yard box, but there's no one there to attack it. The noise levels are rising in the London Stadium and there's a real sense that the Hammers can at least equalise.

Description
75'
A. Ogbonna has scored a goal for West Ham United! Assist by A. Cresswell.
Felipe Anderson slips in Perez on the left of the Huddersfield box, but he can't get his cross away and wins a corner.
Cresswell's corner was good and he was able to find Ogbonna amid a crowd of Huddersfield defenders.
GOAL! 3-2! West Ham are still alive! Ogbonna has a free header following the set piece and he finds the net from the edge of the six-yard box into the bottom-left corner. Mooy is on the line and tries to get a touch on it, but he can't stop it going in. Is there another goal in this game?
74'
A. Pritchard gets yellow.
Pritchard is shown the first yellow card of the game and goes into Jon Moss' book for holding back Nasri's shirt.
70'
S. Mounié enters the game and replaces K. Ahearne-Grant.
Grant has been phenomenal today, scoring a brace, and he comes off to a standing ovation from the away fans, replaced by Mounie.
Huddersfield could have scored a fourth as Stankovic, completely unmarked, heads wide from Mooy's corner.
68'
Lucas Pérez enters the game and replaces M. Arnautović.
It's not been a great game for Arnautovic as Perez replaces him to a chorus of boos at the London Stadium.
67'
J. Puncheon enters the game and replaces J. Bacuna.
Bacuna's game is over as Puncheon, on loan from Crystal Palace, comes on.
65'
K. Ahearne-Grant has scored a goal for Huddersfield Town! Assist by T. Kongolo.
Zabaleta can't quite find a West Ham player in the box with his cross after Felipe Anderson picked him out with a brilliant throughball.
You can't give Kongolo too much credit for the assist as the goal was Grant's doing predominantly, but he did well to pick him out with a pass through the middle of the pitch.
GOAL! IT'S 3-1 HUDDERSFIELD! That was a fantastic strike from Grant! He adds his second of the game from a counter-attack with a right-footed shot into the top-right corner from outside of the box. Fabianski gets a touch, but he can't keep it out. His defenders didn't help him as they allowed Grant to get beyond them with ease.
62'
Such an attacking substitution is going to make life difficult for Rice as the most defensive of the West Ham midfielders on the pitch. Felipe Anderson, Nasri and Lanzini are unlikely to track back and help him, so Rice will have a tough task on his hands. Could this ultimately work in Huddersfield's favour?
59'
S. Nasri enters the game and replaces M. Noble.
Bacuna leads the counter-attack again for Huddersfield, but he's unable to find the killer pass. Billing wins it back, sends it wide to Smith and Grant can't quite make contact with his cross. West Ham are extremely open and the Terriers are doing their best to add a third goal.
Noble hasn't exactly had a bad game, but Pellegrini opts for an attacking change and brings on Nasri to replace the West Ham captain.
58'
Felipe Anderson tries to find Zabaleta on the right with a pass, but the Argentine over-estimates his run and Durm is there to make the challenge.
56'
This game has seemingly picked up the pace and it's become a little scrappy as both sides struggle to retain possession. If West Ham want to find an equaliser, they really need to exert some more control over their opponents.
55'
P. Billing enters the game and replaces A. Rowe.
54'
Rowe is unable to continue and Billing comes on to replace him.
53'
West Ham break down their right flank from Rice's pass and Felipe Anderson nearly finds Arnautovic in the box, but Lossl claims the ball once more. The home crowd are sensing the increased urgency in their team's play.
52'
Smith charges down the Huddersfield flank before Rowe takes over possession, trying to feed Grant, but West Ham defend well and they eventually win a free-kick.
51'
It seems that Huddersfield are sitting back in their shape, which invites pressure from West Ham. This could prove to be a dangerous tactic.
49'
Hernandez very nearly makes an instant impact after muscling his way through a crowd into the box to chase a loose pass, but Lossl rushes off his line somewhat half-heartedly and he claims the ball.
47'
The Hammers have moved into a 4-4-2 formation now as Hernandez partners Arnautovic up front, with Lanzini moving out to the left and Felipe Anderson on the right. This should make a difference as the Austrian has been isolated leading the line thus far.
46'
J. Hernández enters the game and replaces M. Antonio.
Pellegrini has made a half-time change to try and fight back, taking off Antonio for Hernandez.
We're underway once more, with West Ham looking to equalise.
45' +1
HALF-TIME: WEST HAM 1-2 HUDDERSFIELD.
45'
That's a lovely touch from Felipe Anderson to create a West Ham counter attack and Cresswell gets on the end of the cross, but his shot is blocked as the Hammers search for an equaliser.
41'
Huddersfield have another opportunity to test Fabianski, but neither Pritchard nor Lowe can find the right time to send a cross into the waiting Terriers in the box. West Ham are all over the place defensively.
39'
Kongolo plays a loose pass into Noble, who guides it first time pass into Arnautovic, but the Austrian can't pick out Felipe Anderson to his left and the ball rolls out for a goal-kick.
38'
West Ham have an opportunity to counter through Felipe Anderson and he passes inside to Lanzini, but he can't pick the final ball and Huddersfield defend well and clear the danger.
37'
Arnautovic does well to flick the ball on a set piece into space and Cresswell is arriving at the far post, but he slices his shot wide.
35'
Arnautovic really hasn't been in the game at all and his first contribution sees him give away a free-kick after a foul on Stankovic.
34'
Antonio tries to out-pace Durm on West Ham's right flank, but the defender uses his body well to shield the ball and Huddersfield are now back in possession. The away side are playing with some confidence.
30'
K. Ahearne-Grant has scored a goal for Huddersfield Town!
GOAL! 2-1 Huddersfield! That was a lovely move! Pritchard spreads the free-kick wide to Lowe, whose cross takes a slight deflection and dribbles through to Grant. He only has to sweep it into the far right-hand post and the Terriers lead!
29'
Pritchard finds some space in midfield and wins the ball back after losing it, drawing a foul from Ogbonna in the process in a decent position.
27'
West Ham are moving the ball around well, but their passing is still lacking some necessary urgency. They have a throw in Huddersfield's half though, but nothing comes of it and Lossl is able to recover the ball.
23'
After an energetic start, the Terriers have sat back a little now and the focus seems to be on retaining shape in the face of some extended West Ham possession.
Antonio turns towards goal after Noble plays the ball into his feet and unleashes a good effort towards Lossl's goal, but it goes some distance over.
21'
Durm and Lowe on Huddersfield's left have been causing Zabaleta some issues so far and the Hammers look as if they could concede again. They've been better on the ball than they have off it, which won't please Pellegrini.
17'
J. Bacuna has scored a goal for Huddersfield Town! Assist by A. Mooy.
Mooy's delivery was excellent and it made Bacuna's job even easier, though Antonio and Diop had marked him poorly.
GOAL! 1-1! Bacuna equalises almost immediately! Mooy's delivery from the corner was absolutely fantastic, sent into the middle of the box. Bacuna has the easiest of headers as he's unmarked and he nets the Terriers' 16th league goal of the season.
15'
Penalty goal scored by M. Noble for West Ham United!
1-0 West Ham! Noble makes no mistake from the spot and puts West Ham ahead as expected. It's his third goal of the season, all of which have been penalties.
14'
It seems there's been a switch in Huddersfield's formation. Durm has come across to play at left-back, Stankovic partners Kongolo at centre-back and Smith is now on the right. Lowe joins Pritchard and Rowe in an attacking three behind Grant up front, while Bacuna and Mooy are the central midfielders. It's looking like a 4-2-3-1.
12'
Antonio demonstrates his strength and skill to dribble into the box, but his cross is cleared. Lanzini then gets into a dangerous position behind the defence during a moment of defensive confusion, but Mooy is back to make the block for another corner.
8'
Noble uses West Ham's first sustained spell of possession well to send Zabaleta in behind over the top of the Terriers' back line, but he's unable to beat his marker and the ball goes out for a corner.
6'
Zabaleta loses out on the edge of Huddersfield's box and Mooy charges forward with the ball at his feet to counter, but he runs into danger and is forced backwards. Huddersfield are now circling the ball among their defenders once more.
5'
West Ham haven't been in the game in the opening five minutes and Huddersfield have started well, but there issues arise when they reach the final third. They're composed in possession, but seem to be lacking the killer final pass.
4'
Mooy tries to slip in Durm on the right flank, but the ball takes a deflection off Ogbonna and the Terriers have a corner. Mooy's delivers the set piece into a good area, but there's no one there to attack it.
3'
Play has been tentative at best in the opening couple of minutes, with Huddersfield enjoying some possession among their defenders, but their passing has not been the most accurate so far.
1'
Jon Moss blows his whistle and we're underway in what's a big opportunity for the Hammers to chase down a Europa League spot.

West Ham are looking to close the gap on Watford to just a point, who won their FA Cup quarter-final against Crystal Palace earlier on Saturday, but they’ve been inconsistent of late. The Hammers followed up a victory against Newcastle with a defeat to Cardiff, though they should be confident of a win against a Huddersfield side 16 points adrift from safety.
The teams are out, the formalities are completed and we’re moments away from kick-off.
Only once have Huddersfield scored twice in a Premier League game this season, but they're 2-1 ahead at the break today. It puts manager Jan Siewert in a dilemma, though. Do they sit back and protect their lead by staying compact and narrow or do they keep pressing high and continue with the style of play that earned them their half-time lead?
That's all for West Ham's dramatic 4-3 victory over Huddersfield. Thank you and goodbye!
West Ham are now unbeaten in four Premier League games against Huddersfield and this, too, was their third consecutive win at the London Stadium. This win moves them just one point behind Watford in eighth and with a home game against Everton approaching at the end of the month, followed by trips to Chelsea and Manchester United, these points are absolutely vital. For Huddersfield, their relegation to the Championship is all but confirmed and it's now a case of finishing the season on a high, starting with a trip to Crystal Palace.
