LATE CHANCE FOR BOURNEMOUTH! Fraser plays the ball to the back post. Martinez punches it half clear and Lewis Cook smashes a half-volley over the bar.
90' +8
S. Surridge gets yellow.
Surridge leaves a foot in on Guendouzi and is shown a yellow card late on.
90' +7
Ceballos makes the most of some contact made on him by Lewis Cook to eat up more precious seconds. It should not have been this way for Arsenal - they were cruising towards victory until Surridge scored from nowhere.
90' +5
After a VAR check for a possible offside, Surridge's goal is allowed to stand. It is game on at the Vitality Stadium!
90' +4
S. Surridge has scored a goal for AFC Bournemouth! Assist by S. Francis.
Francis rather scuffed the cross but it made it through to substitute Surridge and he did the rest.
GOOOOOAAAAALLL!!!! BOURNEMOUTH 1-2 ARSENAL!!! SURRIDGE MAKES IT GAME ON!! From absolutely nowhere, Bournemouth pull one back to set up a nervy finish for Arsenal. Francis' cross is pretty poor but it somehow makes it all the way to Surridge, who controls the ball with his first touch and then rolls it into the net with his second.
90' +3
Ceballos tees up Guendouzi 25 yards from goal and the midfielder slices a shot into the stands.
90' +2
G. Xhaka gets yellow.
A. Maitland-Niles enters the game and replaces J. Willock.
Willock is replaced by Maitland-Niles as Arteta makes his third and final change of the tie.
Xhaka is cautioned for delaying the restart. There is still time for Bournemouth to snatch a replay.
90'
There have been plenty of stoppages in this second half, explaining why eight minutes have been added on.
89'
S. Surridge enters the game and replaces D. Solanke.
Solanke has offered little today and is replaced by Surridge in Bournemouth's final change.
Minute
Description
88'
Much like in the first half, Bournemouth have opted to back off Arsenal and allow their opponents all the time and space in the world. Ceballos plays in Saka but Steve Cook slides in to put an end to the move.
87'
Nketiah chases down Willock's throughball but the offside flag goes up to cut short his run.
86'
Arsenal have showed the odd glimpse of quality in the second half, particularly on the counter. They win a corner from their latest attack but Bournemouth stand firm. This tie is not quite over yet, with around 10 minutes to go.
81'
CLOSE! Ake steps into midfield and wins the ball back. He carries it forward and offloads to Gosling, whose heavily-deflected shot drops onto the roof of the net.
80'
Saka and Gosling go to ground in separate incidents. The latter appeared to have been caught by the elbow of Guendouzi, but it did not look intentional.
79'
NEARLY AN OWN GOAL! Bournemouth's defenders are put under pressure and Steve Cook tries to play it back to his goalkeeper. Travers is nowhere near it, though, and the ball trickles just wide of the target for a corner.
77'
It looks as though Bournemouth will play with a back three for the final stages of the match. Howe had to try something different - will it pay off?
76'
C. Wilson enters the game and replaces H. Wilson.
S. Francis enters the game and replaces J. Simpson.
Harry Wilson is replaced by namesake Callum for the final 14 minutes of normal time.
Francis is on for Simpson as Howe makes a double change.
75'
Simpson and Bellerin go in for an aerial challenge and the latter is left winded by the contact.
74'
Solanke is tasked with holding up the ball but he is unable to do so. It has been another disappointing outing for the Bournemouth striker.
73'
A Bournemouth goal during their rare spell on top would have made things a lot more interesting. As it is, the visitors are confidently passing it about and now have just 17 more minutes to see out.
71'
Guendouzi's deep pass is controlled by Nketiah at the back post, but the cross back into the middle is dealt with. Arsenal are starting to take back control of the game.
69'
Dani Ceballos enters the game and replaces N. Pépé.
Pepe makes way for Ceballos, who has not featured for Arsenal for the past two months due to injury.
68'
POOR GOALKEEPING! Martinez fails to make clean contact with the corner when attempting to punch it clear and it comes off Simpson's head. The defender does not know a great deal about it and he watches the ball spin inches wide of the target.
67'
Arsenal defend the corner and look to hit Bournemouth on the counter. Pepe is left two-against-one but does not get the luck of the bounce.
66'
Fraser has been a lot more involved in the game since half-time. His latest cross is well dealt with by Guendouzi, but Bournemouth have another corner and some momentum on their side.
64'
Fraser times his sliding challenge on Bellerin to perfection. Bellerin is the latest Arsenal player to stay down after being challenged, but unlike Mustafi he will be okay to play on.
62'
R. Holding enters the game and replaces S. Mustafi.
Mustafi is taken off the field on a stretcher, which is never a good sight. Holding, who has himself had injury issues this season, comes on in his place.
55'
Fraser swings the free-kick into a dangerous zone. Simpson goes to ground, seemingly under contact from Martinelli, but a VAR check deems that it is not worthy of a closer inspection.
54'
Gosling tries to get the ball back off Guendouzi for a quick free-kick but only succeeds in raking his studs down his opponent's hands. The referee is quickly over to calm the situation.
52'
Smith catches Martinelli but it is a fair challenge and play continues. Martinelli stays down and the referee halts play, much to the fury of Bournemouth veteran Steve Cook. Martinelli will be fine to continue.
50'
Saka is caught by Lewis Cook on the halfway line. The referee Martin Atkinson gives Cook a talking to but does not reach into his pocket. Bournemouth have shown far more fight since the restart.
48'
Pepe's corner is sent towards the near post and it is a Bournemouth player who gets to it first. Poor delivery, that.
47'
Fraser plays in Simpson on the overlap and the left-sided delivery is headed clear. Bournemouth already look a lot more up for this than they did in the first half.
46'
RESTART! Bournemouth get us back up and running at the Vitality Stadium, where neither manager has made a change at half-time.
45' +2
HALF-TIME: BOURNEMOUTH 0-2 ARSENAL
45' +1
H. Wilson gets yellow.
Willock and Nketiah link up as Arsenal hit Bournemouth on the counter. Harry Wilson slides in on Nketiah and gets the man before the ball to earn himself a yellow card.
45'
Arteta's side sloppily give away possession in their own half and are nearly punished. Fraser carries it forward and fires a shot high and wide.
44'
Arsenal could probably do with half-time because they have gone massively off the boil over the last six or seven minutes. Bournemouth are pressing for a goal that would spark some life into this fourth-round tie.
42'
The hosts are finding plenty of gaps down the Arsenal right. Fraser and Simpson link up, but the latter's cutback is dealt with by Xhaka.
41'
After offering next to nothing for about 38 minutes, Bournemouth have created two opportunities in two minutes. Maybe it is not game over after all!
40'
OVER! Harry Wilson floats a right-sided cross towards the penalty spot, where Gosling is waiting to meet it. He does not make the connection he wanted, though, with the ball coming off his shoulder and flying off target.
36'
Saka is permanently positioned inside the Bournemouth half, showing just how little defending his side are having to do. He has a goal and an assist already today and will fancy his chances of adding to his tally in the remaining 54 minutes or so.
34'
Guendouzi, being given the freedom of midfield, goes long towards Willock. Simpson holds off the Arsenal youngster but possession is soon turned over and the Gunners start another attack.
32'
Howe needs to change something because his side are being torn apart out there. It may still be just 2-0 but this game is only ending one way if it continues in this manner.
31'
Martinelli gets around Steve Cook as though he is not even there. The Brazilian attacker's cross towards Nketiah is cut out by Ake at the expense of a corner, which comes to little.
29'
Bournemouth's supporters are starting to turn on their side. It is wave after wave of Arsenal attack, with Howe's men giving their opponents time and space to string together passes galore. This was supposed to be a tightly-contested tie!
27'
The goal is allowed to stand after a bizarre - and lengthy - VAR check. The officials were seemingly checking if Martinelli was onside - he was.
26'
E. Nketiah has scored a goal for Arsenal! Assist by B. Saka.
GOOOOOAAAALLLL!!!!! BOURNEMOUTH 0-2 ARSENAL!!! FAR TOO EASY FOR ARSENAL!! Nketiah doubles Arsenal's advantage to all but kill off this tie after 26 minutes. Saka flies down the left and plays a low ball to the edge of the six-yard box. Martinelli misses it but Nketiah is there to convert.
Saka has a goal and now an assist to his name. He was given all the time in the world to fly down the left and picked out his team-mate at the end of the burst forward.
25'
Whenever the home team win back possession they lose it within about two seconds. Arsenal are working the ball down both flanks and through the middle in search of a second goal.
24'
Bournemouth are not pressing as a unit and it is making things very easy for the visitors. The only negative from Arteta's point of view is that his side have not created more opportunities in the opening quarter of the match.
23'
Arsenal simply look a lot sharper than fellow Premier League side Bournemouth, who have yet to create anything of any note. Martinelli, clearly full of confidence, angers a few of his team-mates by firing high into the stands from a good 35 yards out.
18'
Arsenal are looking pretty comfortable at the moment. Bournemouth are far too passive, failing to get in their opponents' faces when out of possession. Arteta's men are still not creating much, mind.
16'
Willock initially does well to bring the ball under control 30 yards from the Bournemouth goal, but is quickly closed down before he can think about shooting.
15'
Saka's delivery is headed clear and Fraser tries to bring the loose ball under control, only for Guendouzi to wipe him out.
14'
Gosling produces a good tackle to halt Arsenal's latest attack. Bournemouth have got the ball into the opposition box a few times since falling behind, but Arteta's men are standing firm.
11'
Guendouzi blocks the ball with his face and takes a bit of time to get back to his feet. The Bournemouth fans felt it was handball in the box, but it clearly hit his face.
9'
Travers got a hand to Saka's shot but the sheer power behind it ensured he could not keep it out. Solanke initially does well to shrug off his man but he is unable to slip the ball in behind for Fraser.
7'
Bournemouth have been happy to back off but that gameplan will surely now have to change. Arsenal took the lead through their first shot of the match and will be confident of building on that.
5'
B. Saka has scored a goal for Arsenal! Assist by Gabriel Martinelli.
GOOOOOAAAALLL!!!! BOURNEMOUTH 0-1 ARSENAL!!! SAKA THUMPS IT IN!! Arsenal open the scoring inside four minutes thanks to a thunderous drive from Saka. Willock carries the ball forward and slots in Martinelli, who opens up his body as though he is going to shoot but instead spots Saka on the overlap. The stand-in full-back rifles it past Travers at his near post.
Martinelli has looked the real deal in recent weeks and he has added another assist to his collection. The youngster unselfishly teed up Saka to blast home from an acute angle.
4'
The home side are happy for their opponents to knock the ball around inside their own half. Arsenal are bossing possession but have not really managed to get it into the final third yet.
3'
Fraser is given something to chase down over the top but Martinez reads the danger and is quickly off his line to clear.
2'
Bournemouth are giving Arsenal's players little time on the ball. Sokratis is closed down but does well to pass the ball out from the back.
1'

Mikel Arteta's Arsenal enter this game on the back of three successive league draws, most recently holding Chelsea 2-2 at Stamford Bridge six days ago. They are seven points better off than opponents Bournemouth, who ended a poor run of form with a 3-1 home win against Brighton and Hove Albion last time out. The reward for today's winners, incidentally, is a trip to Portsmouth in round five.
The teams are coming out onto the pitch at the Vitality Stadium, with kick-off just moments away.
Bournemouth have lost each of their last nine games in all competitions when trailing by two or more goals at half-time. The hosts were pretty terrible in the first half and Howe may well be tempted to turn to Callum Wilson for the second half. As for Arsenal, who have the likes of Ozil and Lacazette on the bench, they need to keep doing what they are doing.
That's all for today's live coverage. Thanks for joining!
Arteta's side will now travel to Portsmouth for a place in the quarter-finals. Next up for Arsenal is a Premier League trip to Burnley on Sunday, while Bournemouth host relegation rivals Aston Villa five days from now.
