Serbia have a corner in the last minute, again. Same side as their equaliser. Mladenovic to deliver from the left.
120'
Penalty shootout: L. Griffiths (Scotland) scored!
One minute of stoppage time.
Minute
Description
119'
Gallagher makes an important clearance at the edge of the six-yard box. It's still Serbia applying all the late pressure, but time is running out.
118'
Serbia work the ball from side to side well, the cross eventually coming in from the right, but Jovic flicks his header wide.
117'
L. Griffiths enters the game and replaces S. O'Donnell.
Last throw of the dice from Clarke, perhaps with penalties in mind. Griffiths replaces O'Donnell.
116'
Robertson lifts a free-kick into the area from deep on the left, but the whistle goes for a foul in the penalty area.
115'
Mladenovic comes infield from the left and tees up Katai, who shoots first time. It's a well-struck effort, but straight at Marshall.
113'
Scotland hold onto the ball for a few moments. They're being a lot more measure in their approach play than they were in the 90 minutes, perhaps more wary of the threat on the counter.
111'
Jack and O'Donnell both go down outside the area, but the whistle doesn't go for either. Serbia counter through Mladenovic, but he can't find anyone with his cross. It's getting frantic now.
109'
Katai almost finds Mladenovic with a clever pass out to the left, but Paterson does well to hook his leg around and swipe it out for a throw-in, when it would have been easy to concede a corner.
108'
U. Spajić enters the game and replaces S. Mitrović.
Stefan Mitrovic goes down with cramp, and he can't carry on. Spahic replaces him.
105' +1
HALF-TIME: SERBIA 1-1 SCOTLAND
105'
Serbia have dominated this first period of extra time but, crucially, they haven't turned that dominance into a goal. Both sides will regroup and come again.
Here we go. Fifteen minutes left - then penalties.
103'
Katai carries the ball through the left channel and has a pop from range, but he drags his shot across goal and wide. Marshall dives but watches it bounce safely past his post.
102'
Tadic measures in a left-footed cross from the right, but neither of the Mitrovic's can get a decisive touch on the ball and it bounces behind for a goal kick.
101'
Scotland aren't seeing a lot of the ball now. Serbia have kept up the momentum from the end of the 90 minutes.
98'
Tierney throws himself at the ball to head clear. The ball comes back in and Katai has a great chance to hook it into the danger zone from the right byline, but he overhits it and Scotland can regroup, though Serbia keep the pressure on.
97'
Aleksandar Mitrovic shoots from the left corner of the penalty area, and it deflects behind for a corner on the right.
96'
There's not an awful lot of energy in the play now. You would imagine some of these players could really have done without 120 minutes tonight. It's a lot to ask with the calendar the way it is.
95'
McTominay tries a long ball over the top for Paterson, but he can't win the aerial battle with Gudelj.
93'
The corner is cleared as far as Jack, who hits it from about 30 yards out - but this one is well over.
92'
McBurnie crosses from the right, Milenkovic heads clear. It comes out to O'Donnell on the right and he tries his luck on the half-volley from the edge of the area, and Rajkovic opts to tip his swerving effort over for a corner.
91'
Lukic tries a backheel round the corner to a team-mate, and ends up knocking it straight out for a goal kick. Full concentration needed here.
90' +3
END OF 90 MINUTES: SERBIA 1-1 SCOTLAND
90' +1
Two minutes of added time.
90'
L. Jović has scored a goal for Serbia! Assist by F. Mladenović.
Was that the chance for Serbia? Katai slips the ball through to Jovic in the area, he pulls it across to Tadic but his shot deflects behind for a corner.
GOOOALLL! SERBIA HAVE LEVELLED IT IN THE LAST MINUTE OF NORMAL TIME, IT'S JOVIC! He slipped into a pocket of space to win the corner and he meets Mladenovic's delivery - completely unmarked. He directs his header perfectly, nodding it down and into the top-right corner off the bounce.
Mladenovic gets the assist for a good corner delivery from the left, right into the heart of the area. Nobody was marking Jovic! The £50 million Real Madrid centre-forward!
We're back underway. Half an hour to decide it.
89'
Mladenovic's early cross floats straight behind for a goal kick. Into the final two minutes.
87'
C. Paterson enters the game and replaces R. Christie.
Goalscorer Christie is replaced by Paterson, who is sporting an absolutely perfect Scotland international moustache. Real old-school stuff. Magnificent.
86'
It's an aerial bombardment from Serbia. Lazovic crosses from the right and Mladenovic stretches to keep it in, but the whistle goes. Aleksandar Mitrovic might have fouled a defender as he jostled for the ball.
84'
Jovic can't get on the end of a cross from the right. The ball bounces back to Katai at the edge of the area and he tries to measure a first-time shot, but his side-footed effort bends well wide.
83'
K. McLean enters the game and replaces J. McGinn.
O. McBurnie enters the game and replaces L. Dykes.
A change of big men up front, McBurnie replacing Dykes.
The excellent McGinn off too, replaced by McLean.
82'
Another corner for Serbia. Gallagher does well to beat Aleksandar Mitrovic to a Lazovic cross from the right. The corner is absolutely woeful, and play is stopped for a foul on Jack.
81'
It looks like McLean and McBurnie are going to be brought on. Clarke hasn't made a change yet tonight.
80'
Into the final 10 minutes now. Scotland have been the better side and deserve their lead. What could go wrong?
79'
McGinn holds off the challenge of Katai, then hurls him to the ground for good measure. No foul. Excellent stuff from McGinn, who has had a good game.
76'
Jovic crosses from the right, and it's deflected behind for a corner. The delivery is poor, headed clear by Tierney, the first man. Serbia keep the pressure on, though, and win another corner - this time on the left.
75'
Lazovic does well to get away from Robertson down the right, but he can't beat Tierney too. If there's one position Scotland are well stocked in, it's that left-back spot!
74'
The corner is cleared but it comes back out to Christie on the left. He overhits his second cross and it bounces out for a throw-in on the far side.
73'
Ooh! Scotland win a free-kick out on the right which Christie delivers well, a teasing left-footed effort into the danger zone. The ball bobbles around and nobody can get a telling touch, before a defender eventually hacks it behind for a corner.
72'
Another chance, this time Christie goes close. He does well to hold on to possession as he carries the ball from right to left, cuts back inside and fires back across the goalkeeper - but just wide past the far post.
71'
And Milinkovic-Savic is off, replaced by Katai.
70'
L. Jović enters the game and replaces N. Maksimović.
A. Katai enters the game and replaces S. Milinković-Savić.
More changes. Jovic is on, replacing Maksimovic.
68'
Twenty-two minutes to go. Twenty-two years of hurt since Scotland's last major tournament - coming to an end?
66'
Serbia have been pretty poor on the ball throughout the game. Mladenovic does well enough to hold off the challenge of Christie and find Milinkovic-Savic under pressure, but his clearance flies across the penalty area and out for a throw-in, further back than where it started.
64'
Robertson clips a cute ball in behind for McGinn, who forces a corner. Christie delivers from the left and finds McTominay, but he heads wide to the right of goal.
63'
Gallagher gets a really important touch to stop Aleksandar Mitrovic from getting free inside the penalty area. He was in on goal after collecting a pass from Tadic.
61'
Robertson can breathe as the corner is poor. Out of play past the far post for a goal kick.
60'
Milinkovic-Savic picks the ball up on the left and rather hurries his cross in, but Robertson gets an unnecessary touch as it spins out and it's corner.
59'
F. Mladenović enters the game and replaces F. Kostić.
Serbia make the first change, Legia Warsaw left-back Mladenovic replacing Kostic. It doesn't look like an attacking swap, but does it signal a change of shape?
58'
Serbia are getting sloppy now. Some of their passing has been very loose. They look panicked.
56'
O'Donnell does well by his corner flag, shielding the ball from Kostic and turning away from him to carry the ball clear.
52'
R. Christie has scored a goal for Scotland! Assist by C. McGregor.
McGregor gets the assist, intercepting a loose pass and finding Christie at the edge of the area.
GOOOOOALLLL! Scotland lead 1-0, it's Christie! There's some scrappy play outside the edge of the area but McGregor latches onto a loose pass and tees up Christie inside the D. He holds onto the ball, switches onto his left foot and finds the bottom-right corner with a clinical finish off the post.
50'
Christie's delivery from the free-kick is disappointing. He somehow manages to both not get any height on the ball and overhit it, and it dribbles wide past the far post.
49'
N. Gudelj gets yellow.
Gudelj is booked for a bad challenge from behind on McGinn. Scotland get a free-kick in a decent position for a deep cross from the right.
47'
McGinn picks up the ball in midfield and bursts into some space between the lines. He hesitates, seemingly unsure whether to pass or shoot, and eventually he does neither as a white shirt gets back to tackle him.
45' +1
HALF-TIME: SERBIA 0-0 SCOTLAND
45'
Tadic delivers the free-kick but overhits it and it bounces behind for a goal kick.
We're back underway!
44'
D. Gallagher gets yellow.
Gallagher is booked for a foul on Milinkovic-Savic, in a central position about halfway inside the Scotland half.
43'
Tierney causes trouble with a bustling run into the area, eventually taking it all the way to the byline before pulling it back. A defender gets a touch to it and Rajkovic is able to dive on the ball as it spins back towards his goal.
42'
Rajkovic comes out right to the edge of his area to gather a through ball which Christie was threatening to get on the end of.
40'
McGinn is absolutely furious with the referee. He feels he was being held back by Gudelj as he looked to turn into the penalty area over on the right, and he has a point. Serbia get the free-kick.
39'
Rajkovic almost sells Gudelj short with a slightly underhit pass out, but Christie doesn't quite react quickly enough to reach the loose ball first.
36'
Christie miscontrols the ball as he looks to collect a pass and spin at the edge of the area, and Serbia are able to clear.
35'
Lazovic thinks he's in behind down the right but McGregor tracks back really well to nip the ball off his toe.
34'
McGinn spins in midfield and looks to catch the defence out with a swift pass in behind for Dykes to chase, but Rajkovic watches it behind for a goal kick.
31'
Gudelj pushes Dykes into Kostic as the three go up to contest a long ball on the halfway line. Kostic goes down in a heap, but Scotland get the free-kick.
29'
Scotland were well on top in the first quarter of an hour, but have struggled to get the ball forward since then. They're still pressing well and looking organised, but they may regret not doing more with their early dominance.
28'
Milinkovic-Savic almost finds Kostic in behind down the left with a first-time pass hooked over his shoulder, but O'Donnell gets to it first. Moments later, Tadic cross towards Aleksandar Mitrovic from the left and Gallagher has to head it out for a throw.
26'
There's a slight clash of heads between Aleksandar Mitrovic and Gallagher, but nothing serious. Both players carry on straight away.
25'
Gudelj shows some quick thinking and quick feet to dig himself out of a hole by his own corner flag, turning away from Christie just as it looked like he was going to give the ball away.
22'
Both teams have seemed happy enough to bypass the midfield area so far, which is making for a real back-and-forth encounter. Still no real chances of any note, though.
20'
Lazovic tries to thread a ball in behind to Milinkovic-Savic as he breaks into the penalty area down the right channel, but he just can't quite stretch far enough to keep the ball in and pull it back at the byline. Marshall then slips on his backside taking the goal kick - the rain is really coming down out there, and the pitch is getting slick.
19'
Gallagher picks out Dykes with a long ball forward and the striker does well to bring it down with his chest. Strangely, he turns down the open pass forward to strike partner Christie, and gives possession away as he looks to play infield instead.
17'
Aleksandar Mitrovic crosses from the right and O'Donnell has to keep his wits about himself to nod the ball away from Kostic, who was lurking at the back post. Serbia are starting to get into the game now.
15'
Gallagher does well to come out on top of a physical battle with Aleksandar Mitrovic, just inside the Scotland half. The big forward might have been in behind if he had come out with the ball there.
13'
A sustained period of Scottish pressure comes to an end as Christie fouls Kostic just outside the area. The visitors haven't created any clear goalscoring chances yet, but they're well on top so far.
12'
Robertson goes for goal from the free-kick but he doesn't get any power behind it, and Rajkovic takes a simple low catch on the bounce.
11'
Stefan Mitrovic catches McGinn with a flailing hand some way outside the area, slightly to the left. It's a decent shooting position, if a long way out.
Milenkovic is booked for dissent.
10'
N. Milenković gets yellow.
9'
Robertson aims in a cross from deep on the left but Stefan Mitrovic gets ahead of him to head clear.
8'
O'Donnell has a good opportunity to find Christie in a crossing position on the right, but he dallies on the ball and then gives him an impossible chase, side-footing it straight behind for a goal kick.
7'
McGinn almost finds Dykes on the penalty spot with a cross from the right, but his marker just manages to keep him away from the ball. Scotland have started well here.
6'
Tierney finds Christie in some space on the left but he hurries his cross and scuffs it straight to the goalkeeper.
3'
Robertson tries a long ball forward towards Dykes from his position over on the left, but the ball spins through to the gloves of Rajkovic.
2'
Both teams have looked pretty direct in the opening seconds, fizzing balls into the feet of the forward players. Nothing sticking just yet.

We're off!
Hello and welcome to our live coverage of this huge Euro 2020 qualifying play-off match, as Steve Clarke takes his Scotland side to face Serbia with potential history in the making.
Win in Belgrade tonight and Scotland will qualify for a major international tournament for the first time since the 1998 World Cup. Ljubisa Tumbakovic’s Serbia are all that stand in their way but they beat a Norway side featuring the likes of Erling Haaland and Martin Odegaard to reach this stage, and they sit 15 places above Scotland in the FIFA world rankings.

The teams are on their way out onto the pitch. We'll have the anthems next, and then we'll be ready to go.
There is, at least, some firepower on the bench for both sides. Real Madrid striker Jovic in particular would be keen to get on and make a mark after making headlines for the wrong reasons in recent months.
That is absolutely sickening for Scotland. They were right there, and it's such a poor goal to concede. Credit to Jovic, though, who took his chance brilliantly. Extra time it is.
It has been all Serbia in the last 15 minutes. The last half an hour, really. Scotland have looked a poorer team since Christie and McGinn went off.
Penalties it is! A draw, in the end, is probably a fair result. Scotland were the better team for most of the 90 minutes but from the closing stages onwards, it has been all Serbia. It's all about nerve now.
There's a big difference in the experience of the two goalkeepers. In the Scottish net stands the 35-year-old Marshall, with Rajkovic 10 years his junior in the Serbian camp.
It looks as though Scotland will be taking first.
GOAL! Griffiths smashes his penalty to the right. Rajkovic gets a touch but can only nudge it into the roof of the net. 1-0.
GOAL! Confidently done by Tadic, he smashes it high down the middle as Marshall dives away. 1-1.
GOAL! McGregor follows Griffiths to the right, and it's just over Rajkovic, who guessed the right way again. 2-1.
GOAL! Jovic scores! He goes to the left and again the keeper gets a touch, but not enough to keep it out. 2-2.
GOAL! Brilliant penalty from McTominay, hard into the bottom-left corner. The keeper goes the right way but he can't get near it. 3-2.
GOAL! That's cool from Gudelj. He rolls it into the bottom-right corner as Marshall falls the other way. 3-3.
GOAL! McBurnie follows suit, side-footing into the bottom-right corner. Rajkovic goes the other way. 4-3.
GOAL! Katai takes us to sudden death with a powerful effort to the left. Marshall guessed right but couldn't reach it. 4-4.
GOAL! Great strike from McLean, hard to the left. 5-4.
SAVED! MARSHALL DENIES ALEKSANDAR MITROVIC! SCOTLAND ARE GOING TO THE EUROS!
That's it from me here tonight. Until the next time, goodbye!
Scotland will be in Group D at Euro 2020, along with England, Croatia and the Czech Republic. They are scheduled to play the Czech Republic and Croatia at Hampden Park, either side of a trip to Wembley.
