Steve Cooper will not be to deterred by his side's performance. Although the Swans have been cut open at times, they have look threatening on a few occasions. However, the Championship side will have to be more clinical in the second half to get back into the game.
Manchester City secure their 15th win in a row in all competitions, defeating Swansea City 3-1 in their FA Cup clash this evening. The visitors took the lead in the first half through Kyle Walker direct from a cross. Raheem Sterling and Gabriel Jesus added goals early in the second period to put the game beyond doubt, although Morgan Whittaker was able to add a late consolation for the Swans.
Swansea are next in action against Sheffield Wednesday on the road on Sunday in the Championship. Manchester City take on Tottenham on the same day on home soil in the Premier League.
